My fiancée and I had the worst experience at this Enterprise. We got into an accident, and we need a rental until our car gets fixed. JHERICKA took her ID, was supposed to take a picture, and held on to it for 15 minutes. I told her we had to drop the car off at the auto body shop. We made it back to Enterprise, and JHERICKA told us because my fiancée ID didn't have a UV sticker, we could not rent a car. I tried to obtain a reservation in my name, but they said I couldn't. We are blocked from renting at any Enterprise location. She had another employee take us back to the repair shop. I felt we were treated poorly.

Take photos and videos of everything! Horrible experience all around. My friend and I showed up to pickup a car that I had reserved far ahead of time. It turned out that they didn't have a car ready. The manager on duty had the gall to ask if I wanted to pay extra to get a car that they had available or "wait a few minutes for another one to be ready." Little did I know that "few minutes" ended up being 50 minutes. When the car was finally ready I was in a rush to get on the road since I was already late for a meeting that I ended up missing. I made the error of not taking photos of the car because I wanted to get the hell out of there. That was a HUGE mistake. ALWAYS TAKE PICS AND VID of the inside and outside. Cut to days after I returned the car and they said that I had damaged the car and were writing up a claim. I spent hours going back and forth to understand what they were talking about. After a ton of stressing over this I finally asked my friend if he had taken any pictures. Luckily he did and they proved that the damages that I was being charged for were on the car when we picked it up. I spent more time on the phone and emailing with another manager who agreed that the car was damaged when I picked it up and that their team failed to properly documented that. He refunded just over half of the charge that I paid to rent the car and I went on with my life. Now, months later I just received a bill for $1,331. I'm tired of throwing my time away dealing with this. I'm done renting from Enterprise. and I'm documenting the condition of all rental cars that I pickup from now on.

Thank you so much Sandra, my experience with your branch was great. Everybody was so nice and very helpful the day I picked up the car. The associate that helped me in front desk gave me a great price for a SUV that my family needs. The car was so clean and runs great! Sandra told me that the car was brand new and that I'm gonna want one after I drive it, and oh boy shes right. I never thought i'd say it but now I like Dodge Durango, very spacious and runs smooth. Thank you everyone for your help, I'll definitely come back again next time I visit Vegas.

A great place to rent a car.We got our car at the reserved time. The staff was extremely efficient.There were a couple of pricing errors made. For example, the new hire told us that the 'top up gas service' only charges 'the missing gas,' not pre-charge a full tank; or a different staff added 2nd driver fee in the final contract, despite the manager has already informed us that there is no charge (for married couples). When we called to inform them of pricing errors, the manager was honest and refunded us accordingly. We did have to call again about the damage deposit 2 weeks after we returned the car. However, as soon as we bring the issue up to their attention, it was resolved within a couple of days.Overall, a good store for anyone needs a rental car.

Worst experience renting a car, ever!This location has the worst staff and customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Starting with the very unpleasant manager named JHERICKA. She is a Liar and will not move a finger to try to help you. This entire location is a mess, that don’t know what they have in stock and will try to get you into whatever she feels like renting to you, not what the reservation says. Avoid a headache and go to another location or better yet another rental company!! Shame on you people.
