Great service and reasonable cost. Only issue was warped front brakes causing steering wheel shudder when breaking at highway speeds. If car has 100Kms or over ask for a newer car.

Having booked in advance I wanted to confirm in person the day before. I spoke with Jason who couldn't have been more helpful with clear instructions for the rental, also providing the confirmation of vehicle type, pick up and drop off guide for the location. On pick up Jason was very professional, helpful and gave good instructions for my rental. I would definitely use Enterprise at Caesars palace in the future with a special thank you to Jason.

As usual with Enterprise, this was an easy, professional experience. Other car rental companies are often awful with surly agents and the whole "here are the keys, now you go find the car in some labyrinthine parking garage, and if there are any scratches, come back up here to tell me". I dealt with Jason, who was friendly and helpful. He had the car ready on time, and came out to the parking garage with me to show me the car, and check for any damage. Enterprise knows what they're doing and Jason is a great employee for them.

friendly staff and smooth pick up. But we really had difficulty finding the entrance of the parking lot to return the car. Should either have a big sign to guide customer or at least provide some instructions on the reservation paper.

I had the best service from beginning to end. The process was very simple and easy. Mary is very knowledgeable about her job and answered any question I had. I am very grateful for that.To wrap things up, Jason really made the key return nice and easy.Will be using this enterprise for all my car rentals!

The manager and ease of renting the car was fine. It has been 10 days and still have not received my $200 deposit. Tried to call the local number and no one answered, had to call the toll free number to get any answers.

Best car rental experience I’ve ever had. The car was clean, ran smoothly (though it was overdue for an oil change), and the rental experience was absolutely smooth. Will definitely be using Enterprise for future rentals.

Apparently they are limited on vehicles, because the one we had reserved was not available. They also seem to be understaffed (which delayed from our original pickup time). The reason I give 4 stars in because of Jason who was very helpful in getting us another car and providing a great discount due to the issues. He seemed like a great employee for the company and was a good at providing customer service.

Reserved 2 specific exotic cats from their exotics location 4 weeks in advance. Get to location for our reservation. Upon arrival we were told no availability. Spcifically requested 2 laborghinis. Employee on phone at time of reservation said we were good to go and cars reserved. Ended up having to take an suv becuase they over booked. No remorse or apology from company. No discount on rental to apologize for their short coming

Went there twice on different days during their operation hours and no one is at the counter. When called the hotline, the customer service said that the staff had left for the day. It was 2pm. Hello you left during your operation hours?? Talk about being lazy and privileged. I had to walk to another branch which was quite a distance. What a nuisance!!
