We had an issue with our personal truck's transmission and needed to rent a truck to tow our small travel trailer back home. Kyle and the staff (at the Cartier Ave Las Vegas NV location) ensured that a rental truck was ready for us when we arrived, after traveling for 2 hours without our travel trailer. I am extremely grateful for the assistance provided by Kyle G. and the team during the truck rental process. Their help was invaluable and greatly appreciated. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. Without your assistance, we would have been stranded on the side of the road. The rental truck was great and the staff provided wonderful service, especially during such a stressful situation. Thanks again for all your help!

Customer service was really good. We dropped off a truck for a friend and the process was super easy. The environment was welcoming and very clean. They were totally cool with my partner waiting inside until I got there to pick him up.I’ve rented from Enterprise a few times personally as well and the process is easy and quick. They have a large variety for your needs.

Once again Ms T. Hilbert and Mr R. Ravello did it again EVERY TIME I go into this place I get TOP NOTCH service. From accurate timelines to grade A service. They seriously do ANYTHING they can to make you happy and comfortable.

Our truck broke down while in Vegas, and I needed to be able to tow a trailer home. Theresa was able to help us out and get us a truck to tow. Absolutely fantastic customer service with this office. I highly recommend this enterprise office.

We rented a 26' stake flatbed truck from Enterprise for our recent move of our Automotive & Diesel service and repair shop. Natalie, Chester, and the team are courteous, polite, professional and most of all, kind. Even though it was 111 degrees in the shade, they took the time to go everything with you and make sure you were set to go.We have rented trucks from this Enterprise Truck Rental before and will continue to in the future. Great job crew! You are much appreciated!
