The purchase experience in the store was excellent at the Las Vegas location, however, the delivery had a slight imperfection, and the communication with their team has been awful. We expected to hear from the store manager, Joe, and have not . We await his call on working out a mutually acceptable solution.

Lorraine was extremely helpful picking out new living room furniture with me. She came to the house and helped me decide on fabric for the sofa and loveseat, as well as the coordinating pillow fabric. Everything has been delivered and it turned out even better than I hoped. She was great to work with and made the whole experience effortless and fun! I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I recently visited Ethan Allen and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely wonderful—extremely knowledgeable and attentive, making the shopping process enjoyable. They took the time to answer all of our questions and provided great insights into the different pieces.However, the pricing promotions felt a bit deceptive. What seemed like a good deal at first glance didn’t quite hold up when all the additional fees were factored in. The shipping cost, in particular, was exorbitant. We were not given any alternatives, such as picking up the item ourselves, which would have been a more affordable option.Despite these frustrations, we are hopeful that the piece we purchased will be worth the premium price in terms of quality. Ethan Allen offers beautiful furniture, but the overall experience could be improved with more transparent pricing and flexible shipping options.

Lorraine was wonderful to work with! She was insightful and was able to capture our vision. We have a very small living room with many entrances which made furniture placement difficult and she assured us our choices would work! We highly recommend her and Ethan Allen.

Gift card I bought from EA many years ago showed 0 balance although it was never used. EA refused to reimburse my $1000.

Skye was GREAT!!! I had some inspiration pictures I had showed her for my new place and she make it come to life! She was very attentive, responsive, and informative which what type of pieces and textures would look good in every space. She had a very wide variety of designing ideas from modern to country chic! I loved working with her and would 1000/10 would work with her again!!

The entire staff is so friendly and professional. We really appreciated help from Stephen. He never tried to rush us and allowed us to take multiple samples home to make sure our upholstery would work with our lighting in our home. He is very kind and helpful and has a great eye for design.
