I love living here so far. It’s like living on a vacation resort. The people here are so friendly and I love all of the events they do. It’s been so nice being here with my adult daughter. We love walking over to lemon tree for breastfast and our morning coffee. I’ve made some friends here so far. We’ve only had one issue with a moving company in our building. One of the movers accidentally hit the fire sprinkler and it flooded the area by the elevator causing them to be down. It was an accident by some other neighbors movers. We appreciate the email communications they send out each week since this has happened. It’s been a little over a month and so far they have hired people to help us with moving stuff up and down the stairs, and even gave us money off of the rent. I’ve heard they are helping people move to different apartments too if that’s what they want. I see the elevator techs here everyday replacing parts and servicing the elevators. We couldn’t be happier that they care about us and they make be feel so welcomed. My neighbor and I love living here. So far we have a scheduled card game every week and we help each other grocery shopping. I feel so comfortable here.

I recently toured Evora with my partner, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We brought both of our dogs with us—one is an 8-week-old puppy and the other is an ESA dog who is calm, friendly, and well-trained. Before beginning our self-guided tour, we confirmed with the front office that our dogs were allowed to accompany us. The leasing associate welcomed us, provided the fob, and even offered treats to our dogs, commenting on how well-behaved they were.
During the tour, however, we were approached by a resident who repeatedly confronted us about having our dogs with us, even after we explained that we had permission from the leasing office. We continued our tour, but later near the pool area, the same resident approached us again. At that moment, my dog was simply sitting on the concrete with one paw touching the grass while we figured out the direction of our next stop. Despite this, the resident continued to make comments and then took a photo of us without our permission before walking away.
This encounter made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Our dogs were calm, leashed, and fully under control the entire time, and the leasing office had explicitly allowed them to be with us during the tour. Because of how uncomfortable this resident made us feel, we ended our tour early and returned the fob.
It was upsetting that a tour we were genuinely excited about was overshadowed by this interaction. While we appreciated the kindness of the leasing staff, the experience with this resident left a very negative impression. I hope management takes note, as no prospective resident should be made to feel this way—especially while following all the guidelines given by the leasing office.

Where do I begin…
I relocated to Las Vegas for work from NYC last September. I’d never seen the property in person, but was impressed with the amenities so I took the first thing I could find.
The move-in was seamless. However, things started to slip as my first year progressed. The hallways were filthy for a brand new building. When it came time to renew nothing was sent. I went to the office and was told something would’ve physically gotten mailed out. It didn’t. I was told by somebody else that it would’ve come electronically which it didn’t. Oh & my patio screen door was broken when I moved in, they finally replaced at nine months later after I had to follow at least 10x…
Considering I travel up to 1/2 the month for work, timing is everything, which left me to have to renew my current lease which was kept at the same rate. After signing, several other available units in my building with the same layout, same size, and even much better views of the mountains were listed at $400 less than my renewal rate. I assume they penalize tenants for staying?
When I asked to see one of the current units, I was told I couldn’t view it because the tenant hadn’t handed in their keys… the tenant had moved out three weeks ago. According to my lease agreement access can be granted with 24 hours notice like anywhere else.
After airing my frustrations out in their office, I was then notified in another email that viewing wouldn’t be possible until mid-month now. I replied with the attached screenshot of my lease stating otherwise.
Now today when leaving my apt, I noticed a $300 fine (not a warning) suggesting that I failed to pick up my dog’s feces on property at some point. I’ve NEVER ONCE not picked up after my pet despite having seen countless other piles from others… so basically you can’t walk your pet on the property or leave even a speck of anything behind? And if your dog ever has soft stool, be prepared to bring a hose or bucket with you to make sure that you can eat off the concrete… that’s right, they make you take a swab of your dog’s DNA and provided with your paperwork prior to move in. Some tenants had to do it and some didn’t… not to mention the $350 pet deposit plus $50 pet rent every month… So if your dog has an upset stomach & use 5 bags to scrape it off the ground & there’s still a evidence on the concrete that wouldn’t come up without a squirt bottle or hose, be prepared to pay $300 or come back & wash the concrete on your hands & knees…
I guess this is what you get for posting a Google review. 🤷🏻♂️
It’s all rather suspicious timing considering the conversation I had with the leasing office last week regarding everything that’s gone on in the past few months, since my renewal.
I’ll let my lease ride out at this point but this is just another example of why this building needs to reevaluate the way it conduct its business. I’m assuming similar issues are the reason why the majority of people in my building moved out after their 1st year…
Extremely disappointed.
I appreciate the response however I reached out to the office and showed up in person asking for someone to contact me back 3 days ago now and I’ve yet to receive any form of communication aside from this. Management knows how & where to reach me.

My daughter lives here and I am a happy mama when visiting. It's like living in a resort. The staff is so helpful. Today's excellence award goes to Leo. I had ordered bookshelves that showed as delivered, but I could not find them. I was out looking and Leo asked if I needed help. I mentioned the bookcases and he had noted that they were two building over and helped me get them back to my daughter's building. It's not just Leo that is helpful, but pretty much everyone that I have dealt with.
