This was my favorite store for so long. As with everything else in life these days, price keeps going up while quality goes down. $100 for one pair of pants. The hem is coming out near the ankles, after less than a few times wearing them. $30 pants from Target last longer. I'll never buy another product from any Express, ever again.

The 50% discount on women's clothing and 40% on men's clothing caught my attention. I found very nice clothes at a good price. It has many fitting rooms and the service was good.

I placed an order early Sunday morning as I just got off of work and saw Express was having a sale. I went to pick up my order and wanted to try my item on, the two that helped me retrieve my order and the one that showed me to fitting rooms were nice. It was when I started looking around walking with the bag they have gave me that contained my order. It was at this point where two Women employees started talking in a 3rd person manner as if I was stealing, I’ve worked retail in the past I know how it goes. But to be so bluntly in expressing their concerns, made me uncomfortable and annoyed at how I was being treated. The two ladies were walking behind me following me as I was trying to make conversation they were being sarcastic I eventually noticed the one that was being very sarcastic walked closer behind me and looked inside of my bag. I had said “I’m not sure if I like the shirt I ordered, I’m going to walk around and see if I can find a pair of shoes to go with my shirt, if I cannot I will be back to exchange my shirt” the lady then said I’m a sarcastic tone “Sure you will” as she then proceeded to follow me with another employee. This led me to the front of the store, as if they were deterring somebody from stealing although I WAS NOT. I just picked up a order and still wanted to shop in the store. I am so infuriated I did not want to address this on that day as I work over night at a nearby property. I would so greatly appreciate a District Manager reaching out to me regarding this situation. The selection of appropriate work attire is unfortunately very slim but the care and attentiveness of the staff is exceptional. I had help every corner I turned and they were just amazing. It's not easy to find people like that these days. Please take care of them.

A well run and well laid out store. When I visited they had 50% off of everything for the ladies and 40% for the men. Plenty of fitting rooms and staff to assist. Paying was also fairly quick with small lines. I purchased two shirts and one T-shirt.

I just wanted to give Becky a shoutout because it was her first day & it was nice to actually receive some customer service in retail, it’s not as friendly anymore which makes shopping less fun. She was super friendly and pretty, made me miss working in retail. Thanks Becky! The store also had a nice sale and cute selection.
