We had the BEST experience at Express thanks to Erick! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with the warmest smile and immediately made us feel welcome. His energy was contagious, funny, upbeat, and full of personality! Shopping can sometimes feel like a chore, but Erick turned it into a fun and memorable experience.
Not only did he provide amazing customer service by helping us find exactly what we needed, but he also made the whole visit genuinely enjoyable with his quick wit and positive attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, all while keeping us laughing. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a lasting impression, but Erick absolutely did that.
Express is lucky to have someone like him on the team and we’ll definitely be coming back because of him. 10/10 would recommend asking for Erick if you want excellent service and a good time!

I came here to find myself a new suit for a job interview and needed help. I called the store and spoke with Chris. He not only found options for me but he even placed items on hold so I can come in to try on a few. He found the exact suit I’ve had my eye on and even assisted me on ordering online since they didn’t have my size in store. He was incredibly helpful and so nice! So happy I came here. Thank you Chris for your kind hospitality and being so helpful.

I go to Express at least once a month, and this store is my favorite because the staff here are the nicest! I just shopped tonight and the closing crew were very helpful and patient with me. I don’t feel like I was rushed at all! Regardless of who the staff is, my experience here was always pleasant!

Visited to buy a gift and Yun Le was so helpful! She checked sizes for me and told me what the deals were. Ended up with one extra item because of her help! Would come again to this location

Highly recommend although I live in the suburbs mainly go to Galleria Mall because it’s closer whenever I go to Town Square they have good variety but all of the express I have went to have good service and you can get in get out with ease.

They are NEVER on time at all, they have buses & a van yet no one is on time, they never stick to their route or follow its schedule. They don’t have a van or on demand bus circulating just in case which they should. Should never have to wait half an hour because no one stays on route.

This is some of the best quality clothing that you can buy for the money.I was helped by Chris who was friendly and knowledgeable.He made the shopping experience that much better.I will return to this location again for that reason.
