I like the unit they gave me, but unfortunately they lie when they say that it has a cold air and it is not so, it does not serve me for long without a/c, I have electronic equipment that requires to be in the cold all the time.
UPDATE: 1 star because I know there's no AC working on this place and the owner lies.

Very friendly staff, they work with you in tough situations. Never had a problem that the manager hasn't managed to resolve. Would highly recommend this place, its been a true pleasure to work with everyone.

Ryan was fantastic!! After a long day of moving we were all so exhausted and still needed to get Extra Space Storage by 6pm. I told Ryan I was running late and I thought he would say, "Sorry we close at 6". He actually said, "Listen Mike, I know you've been at this all day and youl'd like to get your items into storage, take your time Mike, I don't want you getting into an accident after moving all day, I'm here for you! And I'll wait for you to get here." I get there finally, 6:45 pm, and he had the best attitude, you have no idea!! Ryan really took care of us, really friendly, professional, He knew we were tired and so understanding!! Truly concerned. Ryan thank you so much! My 7 year old said, "Daddy, Ryan's Cool!, to bad the man at U-Haul wasn't like Ryan huh Daddy? Oh , we were laughing so hard!!

Fantastic storage place! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The unit was clean. Access is secure and entry/exit is very quick. If I have storage needs in the future I’ll return to do business at E. Bonaza Rd. location.
