The process to rent the unit was very quick and smooth. The first time we met Tara, she already knew we were new renters, and keeping an eye on us from afar, noticed that we were in the wrong building and walked us to our unit.
Shortly after moving our things I managed to lose the keys to our lock. Again, Tara came to the rescue and cut the lock like pro! She made what could have been a stressful process of breaking a lock and buying a new one quick and simple.
It's nice to see staff that cares and takes customer service above and beyond. Thank you Tara!

Its a good place great rates great security to get in, f you have something for short term. The wall's seem a bit thin if you ask me, and not to many entrances. It is two levels, alot of walking to go downstairs if looking for stair access on both sides. It isn't very close to elevator, in case someone is using elevator to move things, it takes a bit long. I wouldnt recommend for long term it's not dirty, but their is a lot of activity. ✌🏼

Clean place.
The rentals inside are boarded up tight.
Tara the mgr is really nice, fast & knowledgeable at her job.

Increased my rent from $78 to $156 after 3 months. DOUBLED THE RENT without notice. This place is a dump. Smells like cigarette and weed smoke and I've complained about broken locks to the manager multiple times but they don't care. They just look at you with contempt for daring to ask them to do their job. I'm relocating my stuff this month.

There process to book storage unit online was super easy! i got the help i needed from the front office when needed. she was super pleasant, nice and helpful! my only thing is that there are a lot of homeless people around in this location. but i guess worth it for the price i am paying.

Had a great experience here. Staff are friendly, hours are reasonable. Never had any issues or complaints - great storage for vehicles if you need a place to store one for a period of time. Highly recommend.

I needed a storage unit for one of my motorcycles that's 12 miles away from me that I love dearly I'm retired I have a few motorcycles that's my stress release and things that I like to do and I called up and talked to a man by the name of Jesus and he was absolutely awesome and found me a place three quarters of a mile away from my house I just left there and talk to Tara who is out of this world show me my unit and I believe it's really going to work out great for me also in between there I talked to a man by the name of Donald and we chatted for a little while about pretty much everything under the sun about what I want to do with this motorcycle and get it out of the weather and all that and he was absolutely awesome so all three of those people are an asset to this company now I gave you four stars because I'm not in there yet but once I get in there on the 21st I'll change it to five hopefully
