Move in to my 5x5 unit went very smoothly. Associates were friendly and knowledgeable. One problem I realized my unit was too small and reserved a 5x10 online using, ez to use, extra spaces app. I came into office and an associate named Paige, helped complete my transfer in a very efficient manner.
All 3 associates I dealt with made me feel comfortable. If someone is wondering about which storage facility to move their stuff into and not worry about anything, I recommend this one on w Charleston.

Paige was second to none. Very helpful and informative. Also, I looked around for the best price and they killed the competition. I really appreciate the nice spot I got for my boat at a great price. Thanks Paige!

Megan and Debbie were super helpful and accommodating! My only issue with this facility is that the rent goes up drastically after a few months. Otherwise, it's great.

This place has wonderful customer service. I like the fact , if I missed a call, and give a call back , the same person who called u , answers right away lol , instead of some automated voice machine . Megan physically showed me my unit , and assured everything was okay .
