Great service until my family's truck, slide in camper, trailer, and two motorcycles were stolen from the facility on the night of June 30th, 2025. We lost everything we stored there.

Absolutely Awesome!!. , I have been with this site almost a decade and now that the company has created the management team leader Azaria ( I believe her name is and sincerest apologies if I’m incorrect in your name or spelling) she’s currently in place which is the icing indeed I surely will not seek any other storage campus , as long as she remains manager ( since I have been with this location for some years, I’ve seen a lot of management come and go for a while a couple years ago. It was kind of iffy if I was gonna stay because. In and out and it still was a great place to be but the customer service interaction just wasn’t there. They were detached as far as humanity. Skills for lack of a better word that you knew that it was a temporary position for them fill in if you will and with that being said, you knew you were just weren’t that important because they didn’t need to put in that for the long haul type effort

However, it’s entirely a different atmosphere since Azaria became manager
Now when i walk in to discuss ANYTHING with Miss Azaria I am always greeted with a friendly hello and what can I do for you and I always feel she means it , never rushed nor feeling of imposing on her time ( which is such a rarity in this currant world) she takes time to not only give me detailed information about what I’m inquiring but she sits with me and does a long-term plan of possible scenarios, which to me is priceless because when storages are always changing constantly pricing and what not it’s nice to know that you have someone that’s going to tell you what could possibly change transpires anything in the future so you’re not left being frustrated, bewildered offguard, unprepared by not knowing that rates change every few months possibly or this or that that’s a big deal because when you go to a storage, you’re not going to get usually something short time you’re going to get something long-term it’s nice to know what that’s going to entail as far as pricing availability just everything so you can have a clear outline of planning ahead. That’s important to me very important. I’m a structured person and I like that and I like that somebody looks at you in the eyes and gives you all the information and then helps you with anything that may be questionable and she make sure that all your answers are Given and you can tell when somebody truly does care and she does and that’s what all management should be unfortunately it’s not like that so bravo Extra Space Storage you have a gem of a Manager with Azaria on your site and she is the key of why I’m going to continue to stay here after year at this particular site I suggest that if you’re looking for a storage facility that this is one of the top ones that you inquire might be a little bit more pricey, but I’ll tell you what it’s the cleanest I’ve ever seen the office atmosphere when you walk in is that a pleasant professional welcoming like I said I’ve been here for many years and I’ve never seen the front office run so smoothly and she’s just so amazingly informative about everything from Insurance information to reach the apply after a web bargain
And when people aren’t in the office or on off hours there’s always a phone number to call. Perhaps the staff on site it’s just a really good place and thank you so much for always helping me.

I know it was a short time ago that I wrote it however, I just can’t say enough about management at this location
Azaria is truly one of those rare human beings that truly has another humans. Best interested heart that is so rare in this day and age.
That says it all !!
