The service was great. Most of the paperwork for getting a storage space was available to do online, only had to do a few steps when coming in for the first time. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I left my vehicle here while I’m away for work on tour. One outdoor parking spot for about 100 dollars a month seemed excessive but it was in a jam. It’s been about 3 months and and I got an email from my credit card stating some unusual charges and I find out their new rate is coming out to 175 dollars per month. This is incredibly absurd, now I have to book a flight to Vegas to move it In order to find a lower rate. This is maddening and costing me more money than if I would have shipped my vehicle. I cannot afford to be doing this and I will definitely not be doing business here after this, I recommend you don’t come here either.

Our son attends UNLV and needed a storage space for the summer. We were able to book and pay online with ease!
After contacting them to end the storage, it was turned around same day.
We would absolutely rent again!
