Not big on reviews, but if I can keeps one person from doing business here I feel it is worthwhile.
I used this storage for about 6 weeks when I moved to Vegas to store nearly everything I owned. I didn't know the area so just picked something closer to Henderson while my house closed.
The area. Complete and utter ghetto. Junkies and zombies everywhere. Trash and desolation abounds.
The storage area. The same junkies and zombies rent the storage units to live in it appears. They are filled with all manner of trash and they are hanging out there all day coming and going. So every time time you have your door open in your unit they have the opportunity to see everything you are storing.
Now for the really great part. The parking lots are built in such a manner that they drain to the front doors of the storage buildings and are higher than the floors of the units. So, the only drainage is through dozens of units. Mine included. And if that's not enough water damage it also turns out the roof leaks into the units.
This place is complete trash and management could not care less and will make that quite clear if you talk to them about the water running through the units. The are clueless according them. No chance that is the case. A small rainstorm I was there for flooded the entire floor of my 12X35 unit. I could do nothing but watch water flow out the door and run out from under the doors of all the units in my row until the parking lot drained.
