Manuel and Wendy both helped us out today and they made a stressful event into an easy experience. Broken glasses are never fun, but when you need a replacement as soon as possible, it helps to have someone calm and friendly. Manuel explained the promotions to us and made sure we were prepared for any costs, without sticker shock. Wendy was the last person we spoke to at the end of a long, tiring day, and her friendly attitude and customer service made it a quick and pleasant experience. Five stars, will visit again!

I had a pleasant time with Lexi and Wendy. Both of the ladies were professionals, very kind, with an outstanding personality. The atmosphere was great and clean. I would recommend my family and friends to go see Eyeglass World.

Been with eyeglass world specifically this location and have always experienced nothing but kindness and amazing help. Came in the other day and purchased some glasses and was helped by Manuel. He was EXTREMELY helpful! There are not much people who will explain to you why you need certain things for your eyes and he explained everything so well. It’s always awesome to encounter people who aren’t just trying to sell you stuff but rather genuinely inform and help you!

A screw on frame came loose. Even though my glasses are from VA. I knew eyeglass world would fix it. Wendy was so nice she helped me right away.

Doctor Ball provided me with a thorough examination and she took the time to explain to me how my vision has changed. Eyeglass tech, Tony was also helpful in helping me select my new glasses. The whole team is attentive and willing to answer question.

A top notch experience. Manuel was excellent. I told him my situation with these pair of glasses that were only going to be used as emergency backup to my contacts. He explained every option available without being a pushy salesman. He was very knowledgeable. And they were able to use frames that I purchased elsewhere. To top off all of that, I arrived after work on Friday, made my purchase and my glasses were ready Saturday @2pm. Awesome. Everywhere else I called said 2-3 weeks!!
