Went here to get something for myself post Christmas, stopped by on the 26th. The female who was trying to assist me had poor customer service skills, was impatient and rude. I hope when she/ management sees this, she would change the way she interacts with customers. They could have made some money. Instead, I took my business somewhere else.

I am a real hater of pawn shops I always feel like I'm getting robbed. until I met Bryan at EZ Pawn s the best very professional and personal. he is knowledgeable about many things that go through the shop and he's no BS about the moneys . very fair & honest don't forget funny and cute. I will be bringing all my stuff to him .. thanks for turning something not easy in my life to ez .

When I shop at a store, I like to be able to buy something. I didn’t waste my time to come into the store then be told I can’t buy it because the manager went home and they don’t have a key. What kind of crap is that somebody needs to get on the ball because you just lost a $200 sale because I wanted this laptop but no she couldn’t unlock it she says And none of them come with chargers she also told me none not one laptop comes with a charger train your people! Especially at the holidays, they’re barely working in there as a matter of fact, they’re not working
