I walked in upset about left with a smile. Dez helped me get my needs met that day. He was very professional and advised me about a new flex program that I never heard of. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful to each other. I like that. This is my new store from now on. Thank you Dez for meeting my expectations with the loan that I needed.

Stopped in just to browse and the customer service rep Korey was a 10/10! From his greeting coming in the door, to his have a good day out the door, his energy was everything! Very helpful, very attentive, and very informative! Iβll definitely be back to shop with him! And I ended up getting some very good items as well! Thank you Korey!!

Good afternoon to you'll I really enjoyed going to EZ Pawnshop in Las Vegas, NV. located off of Cheyenne/Jones Blvd. everyone there are so AMAZING!!!!! π Mr. Mark, Mr. Korey, Mr. JT, and everyone else there they were so helpful to me when I had needed the assistance and I'll truly be going back to them just as soon as I'm back in Town I would like to say Thank you π to every Staff member that work's there or has worked there that are no longer there they've been such a BLESSING π to me and for me and I recommend anyone who wants more for your Jewelry go to EZ PAWNSHOP and you won't be dissatisfied you'll will be very happy when you come out of there EZ Pawnshop so head on over to them you won't regret it and you'll have yourselve's a very safe out BLESSED π filled day. I have purchased quite a few times in this pawn shop over the years being it was close to my home. I never had an issue. Back in January I when in seeking a laptop. I found one that I liked and I purchased it. and of course I looked around while I was there.. I spotted a ring that I liked and decided to do a layaway for my son's birthday coming in June. I was told that I would have to leave minimum of 10% and that there was a $10 layaway fee. I was fine with that. I asked the kid would that as it got closer to my son's birthday I would bring him up here to make sure it fits and that he likes it, and if he didn't would we be able to trade it out for something different he said yeah it's not a problem. So I was required to leave $130 as the down payment. But I actually put 150 down. On Monday I went in with my son. I asked the young lady to bring out the ring. Unfortunately my son thought it was too big and it was a little small. So I told her that we were going to look around she said no problem as well as helping us try on other rings. Unfortunately they didn't have a big selection I said okay we'll come back another day and check again. She then tells me I can go over to their other store on tenaya and Craig that they had a bigger selection. I said oh really okay so I headed over there with my son. We get there he finds two rings that he likes. So I told the young guy in there, we want to take these two rings what's the price on it. After giving me the price which basically equals out to the original ring I was purchasing. I agree to take them and told him about the other ring I had on layaway and that I would want these two instead of that one. He then tells me that we don't do that. I said what do you mean you don't do that. I was specifically told when I put this on layaway.. that it was able to change it if needed to. He goes on to tell me that I would lose my deposit.. and would have to put down another layaway fee 10 dollars.. he says I'm sorry I know it sounds like we're punking you.. but that's the way it goes. I then told him wasn't you at the other store that I originally started this with. Because there's two of them in there that look alike most likely Brothers. Basically doesn't remember anything. So I called the other store while standing there. The young girl answers and I confront her about the situation.. she then tells me the same thing. I told her you're the one that sent me over here, telling me they had a better selection. Never once did you mention I'm going to lose my deposit.. and in the midst of this my son buys a pair of sneakers... I left there really upset. A few days later I returned back to the store and told him there's got to be something that can be done. Then give me a phone number to call and I have called 7 or 10 times in the past couple of days with no answer or any way to leave a message for a woman named Ruth. With that I decide to call the store again. Them telling me there's nothing else they can do I have to keep calling until I reach this woman. Anyway I also would like not to forget to mention that that laptop that I bought was stolen property from a company that would not allow me access... Thankfully I returned it immediately... Well they probably would have gotten me for that too. I also want to add to this that nowhere on my receipt does it say I lose my deposit. It does state that you do lose your $10 layaway fee including tax in which my tax was only $101.27 with a $9.23 layaway fee.. and a restocking fee of 00.00 Dollars is what is printed on my receipt. But the fact of the matter is.. I was given the receipt after my down payment.. with no prior knowledge... I can't even post this receipt on here as proof... But I will another websites.

I love this location. Although they may not have as much stuff as some other locations, my experience is always the best. This location has a great group of staff that is very knowledgable, friendly, funny, and helpful. Julia and Korey are always my go-to people at this store because no matter what, with them, you'll get a fair price for your item and a great experience out of it.
