I've been to so many Family Dollar's. On different parts of town. And they're all the same. They hands down have the rudest, dumbest, people working there. No matter the location. I'm pretty sure that part of the hiring process. I'm pretty sure the interview goes like this. Are you rude, do you have a below average intelligence, well then your hired. They need to step it up before they're closed down.

I never go here because it looks scary the only store standing in mcleod and pecos.I suggest everyone not to go the customer service is very poor. Even the cashier was super rude he told me to watch my kids and tell them to stay with me. Its not like im not paying for what they get the guy cashier looks miserable just supe rrude he rang one of my item and said its dicontinued. The store just added a dollar tree and all the items thats on the shelf are fixed so i dont know why he didnt let me buy it.Looka like the management is very poor.I will never go back to this place ever again. Not a friendly store at all. I'm guessing the guy never had a kids on his own and i get why such a bad person!!!

Today I went in with my kids to buy them toys Sunday, May 28 at 10 AM I felt so humiliated when I was trying to purchase my items I felt like I wasn’t welcome into the store at all. I felt so embarrassed because I wanted to buy my baby clothes but I asked if I can see you to make sure if there was no holes in them, and I got the evilest look from the cashier. I will never shop here again. I felt so humiliated. I wanted to cry and then on top of that. On my way out. My babies car seat go get and I had the nicest customer come over to help me with that I even felt more but good to know there’s some people that are nice in this world, but I would never come back to the store again

They're closed because they're air conditioning doesn't work on a 70° day? Hey start to get a little better and then they turn around and screw up again!

I live near the Family Dollar on East Sahara Avenue and McLeod Drive. I went in today to buy two large boxes of Cheerios, The shelf price for the Cheerios was $4, the same as it was when I came into the store a few weeks ago. Today, the cashier rang me up at $4.95, and I told her that I had purchased the same cereal a few weeks ago...but a co-worker stepped in and rang it up at $4.95. I told them what the shelf price was, and another co-worker said that the store had not changed the price yet...which was apparent. When I bought the same cereal a few weeks ago, the lady that rang me up knows me from coming in the store from time to time, the same thing happened, the price was higher than the shelf, but she went back to the shelf to double check, and she honored it and rung me up at $4 per box. Today, the store did not honor this and I did not buy the cereal. It is not the amount, I have the money, but it's the principle behind it. It was like they didn't care that the prices didn't match. This falls under Nevada deception practices. Technically under the consumer protection law, when the shelf price doesn't match the cash register price, the store owes you the difference for each item. In this case, the store would owe me $1.90. It is not the fault of the customer when shelf prices don't match. This store is around the corner from me, and I have been going there for 3 years but they just lost my business. Poor customer service and poor training.

There are workers who will go check on items without making it a big deal. Thank you for being here in our time of stress.
