Horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM HERE. Fraudulent company will steal your money and not ship your items. They know they are protected by NO refund policy. It’s a brilliant scam.

Don’t recommend. First time shopper and never again. Ruined one girls holidays. Items never shipped. Told me they were behind because they had a busy sale. Much time later still never shipped. Would have been more inclined to say they oversold and were out instead. Ordered same item from another place and received in less than 5 days. Simple communication without me having to ask for updates goes a long ways but they aren’t able to handle that. People shop on Amazon bc it’s fast, convenient and they update you on screen at all times. When none of that service is provided by local shops, it’s hard to ever want to do business with these stores bc when we do, they fail us in every aspect. Do better.

Never order online from these mfs ever. Ordered on 11/21 and still have not received my shoes. Contacted them multiple times and they keep giving me the runaround telling me they’re on the way.At this point I just asked for a refund and they said no. We’re in a new year and I still haven’t received my order lol. Worst experience from a sneaker store ever. Just contacted PayPal about refund

If I could give 0 stars I would. My horrible experience with them is on par with the poor customer service that they have. Do yourself a favor and save the disappointment and heartache dealing with them.

If I could put zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I walked in looking for christmas gifts. First, While browsing we overhear people saying they're never coming back. We finish browsing and we're walking towards to exit after we couldn't find anything, an employee is waiting for us at the exit accusing us of stealing and asks my boyfriend to check the back of his sweater. We have never felt more disrespected and embarrassed they would even ask this. Definitely never coming back here horrible staff.

The food is so good here at Gangnam Korean restaurant all meat are so tender and delicious and I will recommend this to anyone come down here and try it and you won't regret, im from Las Vegas Nevada.

Amazing customer service who saved Christmas when I sent my order to the wrong address! They were able to update the address before it was shipped. Extremely impressed.

The spring mountain location is not the friendliest or just need a review on their policies because they failed to disclose a final sale! We needed an exchange in size because the receipt said exchange within 14 days. Upon arrival we wanted to exchange the size they said they couldn’t do it because of the shoes being final sale. They informed that it’s on the website but we shopped in person so how are we suppose to be aware of this? The receipt has no notice of the items being final sale, the items have no visible tag of them being on sale for the “ all sale items are final”. They didn’t disclose this information at all. The manager was just very unhelpful and only gave us an option to go sell the shoe somewhere else and said their store couldn’t even process the return in the system. So we were stuck with a shoe that didn’t fit and no disclosure of a final sale. To our luck we went to the Wynn location and they were able to solve the issue for us after we explained our situation. And they also disclosed after our exchange that the items were final sale and stamped the receipt so that both parties are aware and agreed

THIS BUSINESS IS SHADY!!! I ordered a pair of sneakers for an event I had on 10/13, I paid for expedited shipping that per the website promised to deliver to me on 10/12. When the order did not ship for days I contacted customer service who ignored my communications and did not even ship the order until 10/12 the day it was promised to deliver. The package did not arrive until 10/16 after I no longer needed them; when I tried to return the shoes they finally responded and said I couldn't return it because it was final sale. The shoes also look used and the customer service is horrible, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A SHOP!!!

On 9/30/2023 I ordered a pair of Nike dunks size 5.5 for my sister as a surprise in Boston but needed a size change because she is a size 7, immediately after the purchase I made the request for an exchange, I had to send numerous emails to Kiana and Keohl. Kiana atleast responded with instructions, my sister returns the sneakers that arrived on 10/18/2023 however I have yet to receive any confirmations nor the exchange as "according to their website it takes 48 hours. Well I still didn't receive a thing except for no support. I will NEVER buy anything and make sure my students and colleagues do not as well from this SWITCH AND BAIT, poor customer service place

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I ordered sneakers for my daughter I accidentally ordered them in men’s. Try to contact feature and they said that they couldn’t fix the order even though the order was made an hour ago. Now I’m trying to return the sneakers and no one is getting back in contact with me. Customer service is awful! Do not believe other reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!

I ordered some shoes online from this store. The post office lost my package and I reached out to customer service and they were able to refund me for the order that didn't arrive. Customer service was very helpful and responded in a timely manner.

Could not be more disappointed with their online customer service. Ordered some items for my sons birthday September 6. Paid for 2 day express shipping. Did not receive confirmation that it was "shipped" until 9 days later on Sept 15. Then discovered that the USPS tracking information given to me was incorrect due to a "'mis-scan" of the package. An additional 14 days later I receive a missed delivery notice, with another USPS tracking number that does not exist and a note saying that I owe postage on the delivery once it is redelivered! And no way of actually speaking to a customer service rep. Would not recommend and I am still waiting for this to be resolved and to receive a refund.
