The FedEx website stated that the Bally Paris location opens at 8 AM on sundays however when I got there the door said 9 AM on Sundays. I saw numerous people come up to the door to try to get in between 8 and 9 AM. Today Josh was my hero and I was upset to hear that he's not allowed to accept gratuity from customers. We had a very hard time finding somewhere to print our concert tickets because the FedEx in Harrahs is closed on weekends. It shouldn't be so difficult to find a place to print something so important. Josh did an excellent job today and there was a line of people waiting when he opened the store. After yesterday's festival was cancelled due to high winds our only option was to purchase tickets for today but the only way stub-hub could deliver them was by email and ticket stated it must be printed. I sent the tickets to the FedEx store email and Josh was able to print them immediately. If saved the day by showing up to work! My only complaint is the website needs to have correct Sunday hours.

Super friendly staff. I felt bad because their printer broke, so they had to fix it while serving customers, and the items I needed to ship were oddly-shaped, so they had to Frankenstein a box together. But they did great! This location is extremely convenient for those of us working events in the ballrooms across the hall.

This is a scam. They charge you $7 to drop off a FedEx envelope. Can’t be a real FedEx location. What a terrible way to treat longtime customers.
