Placed a simple print order for (2) items, time for the order completion came back over 24 hours later (and was not placed near the end of their business hours) not ideal but OK. When we showed up at the given completion time, the person in the store was very quick to announce that they were the only person there. (There was literally no one else in the store). Discovering we were picking up an order already placed, she asked if someone had called us to say it was ready? (No, did you call us???) - then she said, its not ready yet because they've had printer issues (So maybe YOU SHOULD have called us)? She said it would be 10 minutes (but they were already printed - just needed to be trimmed to size)... I'm done with this location... same sub par service every single time.

I would try anywhere besides this spot. Maybe UPS or anywhere would have systems that were running and working. Whew felt like going back in time to come to this place

I had an unexpected issue with my banner, I was setting up for a tradeshow and the banner was missing. So I called this location and spoke to an employee named Ky and she was not only very friendly, but she took my sense of urgency seriously and she helped walk me through the priority printing options and the banner was done same day very fast. I really appreciate her and Maryam for their help getting my 3x5 banner printed. I got it in my booth and looks great!

Had to ship an item that was a return and this location is by my office. I typically use the location by my home but I wanted to send this item out soonest. The store is clean and spacious which is nice. The rate was the standard FedEx rate but FedEx provides great value and has for years.The customer service was efficient and top notch. I appreciate that and great to know you are by the office!

If you can avoid using this location AND FEDEX ALL TOGETHER DO SO ! They will not take the time to look at any errors made. Direct you to 1800 number, the 1800 number will tell you to go back and try to get a refund at the store. Send them directions on how to refund you and still not be able to provide you with a refund, just an apology for making you waste time and money.

They always have five to six people walking around but one person to help ring up and or ship stuff. The service here seems lazy and the team does not care if there's 9 people waiting while they are waking around putting things away or talking to each other. I unfortunately live across the street so I have to be at this place

The Amazon returns Fed Ex at Walgreens is great, although you usually have to wait a while for someone to help you due to lack of staffing!

Manager insisted on a $10 charge to "make modifications to a file" when asked to print a pdf with specific print settings (just format/page scale settings!). Maybe he was having a bad day. Haven't had this problem before. But this time, I had to go somewhere else.

Asha at the Fed Ex store on Lake Mead Blvd. in Las Vegas was so helpful this morning! I had some documents on my phone that needed to be emailed to print and go in order for me to get printed copies. She was very knowledgeable, very professional and very kind. Excellent customer service Asha!! Thank you! Lee

There is a reason they are only 2 1/2 stars. I hate leaving bad reviews unless a company really deserves it but they are not friendly staff here. They seem like they hate their job and don't wanna be there. I feel bad for companies that don't have good employees. I didn't even wait around to be helped, because of how angry the employees were.

If you want to work with a group of employees that are ridiculously inapt this is your FedEx location. The printers don't work. The staplers don't work. But they do a great job of playing hide and seek and acting as if the customers are invisible.

They crushed it here! Usually copy shops are a lot like The Dave Chapelle Show "Pop Copy" skit... however, Ramon and Edmond were extremely helpful. I came in to make copies and laminations for 1st grade home school. They were competent! Plain and simple, they knew what I needed and how I needed it. In spite of technical difficulties, Ramon was able to "just take care of it" for me. If you see Edmond or Ramon, you know you'll be in great hands.

Great hours compared to other local Fed Ex Office locations (this one is open until 8pm while others close at 6pm). Parking is plentiful. But no one greeted me or talked to me the entire time I was there and there was a wait to use the copier (so I was in there long enough for someone to greet me or ask if I needed any help.) It wasn't a long wait and employees weren't rude or anything, but nothing really stood out about the experience to rate this location 5 stars.

I've been coming to this FedEx for almost 2 years and have had great and horrible experiences. Janet is amazing and always provided great costumer service in a timely manner. Although now that they have new employees, and the workers can be very careless and unprofessional. Their policy states that FedEx can release your package to another person as long as they have Full tracking # with state issued ID. However, there has been 3 instances now where I have gone to this location to pick up my package, come to find out the employees had already released my package to someone else using my name/signature!! This tells me they do not in fact check other people's ID's as long they have a tracking #.. Keep in mind I work for a company that sends me very sensitive devices/components that can jeopardize my job if that package is lost or stolen. I was able to retrieve my packages thru their security footage first 2 times it happened. This 3 rd time I got fed up. No one there including the manager wanted to own up to their mistakes. All they say is if they have the tracking # they can release it. But the employees DID NOT ID THEM , and they released MY package to that person using MY name/signature. I pick up packages here all the time with almost no problems but lm considering reaching out to my Employer to change over to a new FedEx shipping center since they continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. I spoke to a manager there, not sure of her name but she is in her Late 20s and didn't really show any real concern or apologize for the confusion. I was the one who eventually found out who picked up my package thru my company.
