This is not fedex. This is nothing more than a drop location for fully packaged and labeled items, for which it physical location is unnecessary because you can simply have the FedEx driver pick up your package if it's already shippable. Don't waste a trip.

This store is full of employees who can't answer any questions and refuse to help with anything.

Went to drop off boxes for fed ex, attendant I had to ask Josue to help me tape up my boxes which felt like a Lower level of customer service.
I’m a woman and busy and appreciate help when I can get it. Not what I expected from a full service fed ex drop off.
