I had to ship a bunch of things for an out of state move. And the customer service and care I received was above and beyond . Maria went out of her way to make sure all my items fit into Two boxes and fit my tight budget. The manager. Unfortunately I did not get her name. Possibly Daniellle. Was also equally amazing. They were super busy at the time too but made me feel valued. 1000 stars. If I could. The most amazing service. Thank you so much ladies.

Great customer service. Friday 5 at closing time my printer craps out and the worker goes into full service mode to get my work finished. I never got her name but she was the pretty lady with gorgeous red hair and has a dog and 2 cats. THANKs you saved my project 🥹

I needed help sending a package to my son for Christmas and I was a little short and alexx from FedEx reached in his pocket and helped me get Christmas to my boy. In my opinion alexx is the spirit of federal express. Bless you guys and thank you for hiring employees like Alexx.

I was charged $150 online for the passport service. But in reality it's 3 pieces of paper containing my application and instructions. I could have gotten that for free at the post office. I still have to pay $241 in government fees. I also have to go to the clark county clerks office and submit my documents. I feel deceived. I thought the service charge was for them to process all my documents. $150 for 3 pieces of paper.

I ordered Rush my passport service. The website told me to go to this store for photo and shipment. When I went there, this store had a problem with computer for printing passport photo. So I asked them when they can fix it. They told me to come back next day so they work on the problem the whole day. Next day, the info wasn’t even shared and not fixed at all. I paid extra couple hundreds dollar for this service because I was in rush. Now I wasted 2 days because of this store. Even worse, it happened on Thursday and now Friday… Stores are closed weekends? 2 more extra days waste. Very nice store to PRINT.Anyone who’s doing Rush My Passport, never use this store. Staff there don’t even know how to take passport picture. They took picture without flashlights and sunlight lines were on my face, which may not be appropriate for passport photo. But staff didn’t care until questioned about it. So I asked them to retake it because of the sunlight.Then the computer problem. Don’t waste your time here.

TO FEDEX CEO:KYLAUI M. "KY" ? Was incredibly kind to me, directed me to her location, took 3 calls... if i recall...helping me even find the correct streets to take & park...ALL within 15 minutes of closing!?!?"KY" Laminated ALL of my career materials which I received TODAY @ 4pm and literally stayed 2 minutes extra 5:02pm & gently, graciously begin to close the store after seeing me out...absolutely ? of service!Also, "KY" was juggling multiple customers in different sections of her location at the same moment while she was helping me & that is a very important thing to add to the story of her dedication shown to ALL by the most patient, wonderful Fedex Agent!All I could do was say "GO!" before anybody came in because, I believe she would have helped them too. I was like, "just lock the door behind and GO home and enjoy your night!" YOU ARE AWESOME!!! ? ?I gave her my word that I would give her the best review because, hands down she's the best FedEx employee I've ever met in my Entire life!!! On ?.=???Thank you so much "KY" ?I consider her a ? for ALL her genuine effort...keep her FedEx...& make sure she is properly propelled within The FedEx corporation. She is a valuable asset.What a wonderful beginning to a wonderful night...???Sincerely,Shane

I ship my luggage to Vegas and use this location about once or twice a month. Friendly staff. Always very helpful, and the store has long hours, so you can come early or late.
