I had my GameStop store leader conference at the hotel here and got a lot of free goodies that I couldn't bring on the plane for a lot of other store leaders who are trying to ship that stuff too. So there's really long lines and the associate took the time to help all of us and was very kind and friendly and got us taken care of very quickly.

After paying in exuberant amount of money per package to receive my package that I had delivered the audacity that they won't lend you a cart to take your packages to where you need to be but they will deliver it to wherever you want for another few no compassion know who humanity no common sense do not use this facility.

Ramon was incredibly helpful in helping us decide the best methods and materials to use with our project. He did an excellent job and it took less than half the time we thought it would. We had a great experience at this location and will ask for him next time we are here in the hotel.

Giving a 1 star because I cannot give a zero, and the initial team member was helpful on the phone. I called early enough (9am) to request a rush print order and was told that it could be done as long as they are not too busy. I called first thing in the morning so there was an entire day to assess this. She told me to email our request so we can get a quote.I emailed and did not hear back in an hour so I called to confirm that our email went through. I was told yes but there were a few requests ahead of ours. I said no problem just wanted to make sure.We followed up by email just for the quote after a couple of hours, and still did not hear back from anyone. I finally called back, which at this point was 5 hours after the initial phone call. In between, my coworker walked over to see if it would be easier for her to explain what we needed, and was given very bad customer service as well and was not helped at all! She could have been told the job would not be done at that point.After speaking to the rep, we were told this order could not be fulfilled because of time constraints (after 5-6 hours). We also asked about express and paying more for it. Even after this, she said she would send a quote and did not do so.Not friendly, not prompt (could have sent an email hours before to say they could not provide the service), and overall TERRIBLE experience. I should have sourced another vendor 3 hours later as we never even got a quote. Will never do business here and will not recommend it to anyone!

I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and great service provided at this location; Carla (if I spelled that right) was very helpful getting an order rushed so that we'd have it in time for our convention the next day.

Friendly staff, but I was not expecting having to pay a $10 for delivering my amazon delivery to the hotel. I needed a wireless charger because my phone was not charging with he cable so I bought one for $10 on Amazon only to be charged another $10 when picking it up at Fedex.

This location is the same as any other FedEx. They'll deliver your packages to your room for an additional fee and the employees will do their best to accommodate your needs. It's a bit hidden from the rest of the resort, but that's to its advantage since there's never a line. If you happen to check out of the hotel before your package arrives, they have a form you can fill out to forward it, but replies can be awfully slow. It took a bit over a week to resolve my particular case.

Horrible establishment. The employees are nice, but that's all the good I can say. This place adds 2-4 hours of handling time to any packages you order, charges $10+ per package received, and they close at 6pm in LAS VEGAS?!?!? Every other hotel I've been to will hold packages in a room near the front desk, may or may not charge a fee, and is open 24/7. I've ordered three different batches of packages to this location, all have arrived on schedule, and 2/3 I was unable to pick up until the next day due to this stupidity. I'm going to book at a different hotel for the next convention I attend in this city. This is a stupid monopoly of services and I'm more upset about the service being terrible than I am of paying for it. I don't mind paying for good service, I can't stand paying for bad service.

Great staff and service, but the Venetian Concierge doesn’t warm you about the $10 fee imposed on all service - even a prepaid box return. Excellent and shameful capitalism, but use a different mailing center if you can.

Stay away from this Fedex location. They will steal your money under "handling fee". They charged our client $15 for a package that already has a prepaid label. Actual shipping cost wasn't even that much. Total scam.

The young lady who helped me ship a package after a business conference was very helpful and extremely courteous. The center has supplies, computers to print from (for a fee you can use the computers) and in general looks like what you'd expect from a FedEx.
