I was extremely poorly served by a gentleman who worked at the counter and was visibly in a very bad mood. He made me wait too long while he checked my email and said there was a problem with my email until I gave up and left. It is unacceptable that a person should go to work with such ill will and bad mood.

FedEx Office Print & Ship at this location is the Best ! I had some postcards done and when I picked them up Sue was Awesone to answer all my questions.I rate them 5 Stars ! !

Our go-to FedEx store to print flyers for tradeshows in Vegas.
If you go there, ask for Lia (Leah?) - that small woman knows everything there is to know, communicates well and she gets the job done fast and reliably.

My husband and I went to this branch to do a lot of printing, scanning and photocopies and we would like to shout out and give a KUDOS to Ms. LESLY for helping us out. She was very professional, calm, patient and very helpful! I would not be able to achieve my goal yesterday without her help. Great customer service!!!! 🙏👍🥰💯👏

I had a couple of emergency orders and the folks in this office were super helpful. Norman was great! I appreciated the help in getting my customer what they needed quickly.

SHIPPER BEWARE!! We shipped 3 boxes to this location and they did not accept them and the packages were returned to us. We were then charged for the returned packages. We had to purchase all new items for our trip as we didn't find out until we were already on the way to vegas. Fedex shipper didn't even tell us that this is one of only a few fedex locations that does NOT receive packages!!! This cost us hundreds of dollars!

I was able to print out documents while traveling, which was a convenience.
The bathrooms in this location left a bit to be desired.

I just mentioned to Tosha that i missed when this place was 24 hours and she said “we don’t”.
It kinda shocked me, coming here for the past 7-8 years, i always thought night shift was the best time.

This location is dated compared to others around Vegas. They don't even have a self serve kiosk where you can scan your QR code and drop the package off. I brought this up to an associate and she made it sound like I was crazy and had no idea what I was referring to because she didn't know other FedEx locations have that piece of equipment. Most USPS stores even have these automated terminals.
I came in for a simple lamination job for 1 pcs of 8.5 x 11 pcs of paper and they wanted to charge me a fee for them to do the job as their self serve lamination machine was stolen. When a customer pays for printing and lamination the cost of the associate to do the job is implied in the cost. They're paid hourly. I didn't exactly go into a Starbucks and ask if they had a printer I could borrow.
I opted to send the job over to OfficeDepot and they took care of it with no issues. They even gave me 20% off the job.

Lady who served me was super nice and helpful to everyone. Went above and beyond to make sure my shipping label which was in a weird format printed properly. Didn’t get her name but she was here on a Tuesday night.

Staff is great - manager at this location …. not sure if there’s a back story for her behavior or what her name is, but I witnessed her giving major attitude with the way she answered questions to one of the store employees. I don’t like bully behavior & I almost said something to her but figured if I leave a review, maybe it will be escalated and she’ll be talked to. Writing this Saturday 8/24 @ 5:55p so the manager on site at this time can be identified
