The staff at this FedEx location is the kindest, most helpful group of people I encountered at Caeser's Palace. Steve was incredible and so patient with my MANY last minute printing requests while I was in town for a trade show, and his colleagues were just as friendly and accommodating. You're in great hands with this office! Thanks Steve & co.!!

The staff of this location were amazing. Very helpful when we had difficulties printing, our boarding passes. Super friendly and very accommodating.

Nice employees but we were staying at Caesars and had an envelope. Less than a few oz. With a prepaid label from the person I was mailing it to and they wanted a $7 handling fee. Seriously? For taking an envelope that was complete and they didn’t even need to print a label or seal it. No thanks. FedEx needs to look into this issue.

Felix, Jennie, and Sonia were amazing! I came in with a last minute project and I wasn't sure they would be able to help complete it on time. When I tell you they went above and beyond. They literally helped me access my file and assured me my print would come out great. I was in there for 45 minutes and they expressed patience with me. I was able to work with them no problem. They were very personable and customer centered. I was not expecting that at all. They seem to have a strong relationship with one another and it makes them a strong team.

Staff is friendly, but I came in with a small package that was labeled and prepaid, and they wanted SEVEN DOLLARS to drop it off. That's ridiculous.

Please note this fed ex is located in Caesar palace business center.The Fed ex location has it listed on Google that they open at 8am on Sunday’s however when I arrived the sign says they open at 10am.They great part was they have a 24hr self serve area. I was so happy to see that, now I can get the copies made for my last minute meeting

Went out of my way to come to the Fed ex, hunted the place down, got an estimate of $11, went and got my stuff out of the car came back and the guy that gave me the estimate was gone and there was a lady there with an accent, said it be $14 OK I added some shoes so that's fine and then she wanted to charge me an extra $10 just for the heck of it called it a service fee!! wtf?!

We just received our package and multiple things were missing!!!!! Which means they opened our sealed package and stole items from it! So disappointed. Do not ship things from this location.
