I came in there to print photos needed ASAP for a contest. Kija offered her help immediately! She printed the photos for me and even cut them. While Kija was cutting the photos for me, Jaheem helped ring me up. Both were so kind and very helpful. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you for great service!!

This location is not in the mall. It is upstairs at the Planet Hollywood business center. Enter from the escalator in the casino. It is open to the public, and you do not have to be staying at PH. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Don’t go there. I go to print and fax with 6 pages but I can’t fax because error but they still charge me 25$

Internet hours say 7am. The sign on the door says 8am, and pick up the phone on the desk for assistance.The gentlemen on the other side of the phone then informed me fedex doesn't open till 9amPlease make this information easily accessible and listed for travelers to plan accordingly.

This store is very clean. I truly appreciate the employees attention to detail. Kija made shipping my odd-shaped package a breeze! Nice professional staff, even in the craziness of the LV Strip.

Very unprofessional. They close at 5 but a sign saying “we will return in 10 minutes” was posted on the door before I showed up around 3:30. Waited there for 45 minutes before realizing the worker probably wasn’t coming back.

Extremely poor service, many customers not even being addressed by the workers if they need help. Hardly even attempted to be getting things printed and finished.

Located on the 2nd floor of Planet Hollywood and walk towards the conference center and there you will found this little FedEx. There are three computer stations available to use where you pay as you go (by the minute). I was assisted by Dennis who was friendly and helpful. Overall, a convenient location when you have to mix work and play when in Vegas. :)

New location located inside PH hotel on the second floor above the casino floor. Very helpful staff saved me while I was in a pinch. Left a poster on the plane when traveling to LV and was able to get another one within 3 hours. Would highly recommend this location. The staff is customer-oriented, understood my urgency, and even provided a coupon for a discounted print job. Thank you very much, Alexa and Vera!
