I cannot say enough great things about the FedEx within the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas hotel. Nick Ley, the assistant manager, was instrumental in helping me make arrangements for a freight delivery for a large event at the Marquee. There were a lot of logistics, moving parts and complications, but he was always friendly and willing to work with me to find a way to make things happen. Nick is professional, experienced, kind and helpful. I couldn't have pulled off this event without him or the staff at FedEx Cosmo LV!

Friendly and helpful staff, but note that the hotel charges $10 per package received/sent as a handling fee. All the locations on the strip do this. You’ll have to go off the strip to avoid being charged by the hotel. This location is located in the 3rd floor of Chelsea tower inside Cosmopolitan by the conference center.

I used FedEx at The Cosmo to ship and print items for a trade show. As I was preparing to ship, picking up and coordinating last minute printing the team here went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless. Dana won my trust by coordinating three last minute, detailed print jobs. She called me to confirm details, talk through alternative solutions and even to give me a heads up when my printing was going to be done just 15 minutes beyond my requested delivery time. This office may have the best customer service in Vegas!

Stayed at Cosmo called the hotel to inquire about getting my meds overnighted they gave me the info to have it shipped but neglected to tell me the office is closed on the weekends, did not alert me on Friday the package was there, so... now it’s Monday and I’m waiting to hear from a team member with another quote to get my medication overnighted home. Do NOT use their service!

Shipped a package to the Bellagio where I was staying. Could not retrieve the package until Monday because the store was closed on the weekends. On top of this, they charged 10 dollars for signing for a package. Ridiculously bad service

What a racket, if you bring in a box all set to go with the label and everything they charge you a $10 handling/convenience fee for you to hand them a box which you already paid them to ship.

I recently had to use fedex at the Cosmo to have items delivered for my stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They delivered and picked up at my room and made receiving and shipping easy and fast

This location (and all locations on the LV Strip) that charge EXTRA to PICK-UP your packages is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Yes, you pay to order/deliver the packages to you...then Fed-Ex "holds them hostage" until you pay them (by the pound!) to pick them up. I ordered items from Amazon for medical needs/pain relief...but the local Fed-Ex office explains: "Those items aren't Dialysis Machinery or supplies/not lifesaving, so we can't reimburse your charges. You could easily have picked up those items at a WalGreeen's." 1) Poor Customer Service skills. 2) Don't hide begins "Policy" without considering the human factor. 3) Provide excellence and friendliness, not coldness and empty apologies. 4) Work with major online retailers to let them know that if certain addresses on the LV Strip are the destination addresses, deliveries WILL be subject to an additional Pick-Up/Handling charge, based on weight of packaging! No one (local employee or Center Manager) was willing to honestly listen, empathize, consider alternatives, or help to problem solve. "No, sorry, we can't reimburse your money. No it's not 'medical equipment' according to our limited scope/definition." Avoid this location. Avoid the staff. Avoid the management. Deliver to a local address that's NOT a LV Strip Hotel!!!
