I had a huge file to print in the middle of a busy convention, and Danyell was an absolute saint helping me out to find solutions. I'm amazed at how they kept their cool despite all the convention traffic!

I had a last minute print job. This team pulled it together without a hitch. I was running late and this location is near the Grand Ballroom in the MGM Convention Center. I called to let them know I was around the corner and they brought my job up to the front to have everything ready for me. My account number wasn't working correctly and Cesar went above and beyond to get it rectified. So grateful!

Wow, what an amazing experience working with Courtney, Shane and the team! They were efficient and ready to help out during our whole event. They arranged a rush print order for our banners and it came out very nicely. Really happy to interact with them

Do not drop off any prepaid shipments here. They charge a handling fee because they're in a hotel + it's impossible to find and a long walk from parking

Don't even try this location! Such a waste of time to come all the way. No parking in busy strip traffic. No sign. I am now leaving for another location. Don't try this one.

Extremely slow service and they had to create my shipments from scratch although I already had completed airbills ready to go. Then they ended up cancelling one of my two deliveries and moving to a different tracking number, but did not notify me. Overall one of the worst FedEx shipping experiences among mostly good ones across the country. If using this location make sure you keep all paperwork and follow-up.

Overcharged because it's in the MGM Convention Center. Had to walk a zillion miles from the Uber stand to find it. I'm a local and I'm telling you don't ship from here!!!
