All packages go to this place if you order to MGM. They charge at least 7 usd for a small package (on top of amazon's shipping fee) which MGM didn't tell me about when I asked. Also it takes at least 1-2 days for them to give you your package after they receive it. The girl at the front desk was very rude and told me that they can hold the package for a month and there is nothing they can do, even though the package was just one floor below in their handling center.

I had an excellent experience at this Fedex location. Gilbert E. provided excellent customer service. He helped me pack up some samples from a conference and made sure I got the best rate to get them there quickly and safely. He also made sure I had all the tracking a receipts for my expense reports. I've never shipped anything while on a trip and I really appreciated his kindness and patience. Definitely an amazing and professional employee. 10/10

Got color prints and good service. If they give you an hour for delivery, don't come early - things cannot be sped up.

THIEVES!!!! The store manager watched me pack my expensive skin care at 5pm, said it would be picked up the next am. I get a delivery confirmation signed by G. Ron delivered to “mailroom” that very am! I mailed it to my home - there is no mailroom.
I wish I could give zero stars!! It is sad that I have come to expect poor service but now I have to be concerned with the shady common thieves that FedEx employs!!! BEYOND INFURIATING!!!!

I went there yesterday and Angie (or angela im sorry ) served me with the best attitude ever!!! She was so nice and helpful!!! She deserve a raise!!! She served us with a momy heart, caring and smiling!!!! ?

First of all the employees have the worst customer service and attitude and need to be replaced with people that want to work. Second, MGM does not explain the process to receive packages goes through the FedEx booth and they charge it weight for each package and that even though the tracking says delivered it takes a day ot two for the FedEx booth to recieve them. I had dealing with three different female employees on different days, and they are just not happy people and bad attitude.

Garbage service. They advertise that hotel guests can have packages sent to this location. We followed the instructions per the website, had our package delivered yesterday (Friday) and now they are saying we can’t get it till Monday because they don’t “process Amazon packages Friday - Sunday”. Absolutely ridiculous especially since they charge a holding/ delivery fee.

The FedEx staff at the MGM Grand was fantastic! I am giving them 5 stars for their team service and professionalism. We finished up a conference and their entire team took each task; got us through labeling and shipping in timely and most efficient manner. Thank you!

I was visiting Las Vegas last August and had to send very important documents right away. I went to this FedEx Location in the Lobby and their representative was extremely helpful - I had to download legal documents, scanning etc and then upload these after signing. I had to meet a deadline on the East Coast office so, without his help I would have missed the deadline. I think his name was Bill? Unfortunately, I lost the card on which I had written it down.

LOCATION UPDATE. Ignore the map. As you look at reception desk in the main lobby the Fedex Office is too the right hand side of the room. Hidden away with a badly located sign but it is there. Two staff there who were helpful enough, now to see if my package actually gets to its destination.

Costs are high, so I was tempted to knock them down a point for that, but good customer service can make a huge difference. You pay a lot for convenience here, but if it's an issue they can direct you to more affordable alternatives. Even if you're worried about the cost, reach out, they can absolutely help you out.
