Horrible, lazy staff, won't lift a finger to assist customers. Instead direct you to scan your own label and drop in the pickup box. Employees are generally useless acting to direct customers where they can utilize a self service option. While I'd prefer that option over dealing with these lazy staff, if I'm going to do that I want a discount.

Shoutout to Josh for helping me with my son's school project. My son - who has anxiety - was nervous about asking for a large order, but Josh was able to help calm him down and make 100 copies of his mock business cards. We actually live a little ways away from this location, but in case we need to do copying projects in the future, we will make the trek to this location and ask for Josh.

Self service QR code device still not working after 2 months. I was asked on 2 different occasions by the same employee what was in my package, I go to this location over 200 times and was never asked this question except by this employee. If this is your policy all employees should ask the same question not just one.

I don't know if this is the right location for Silverado Ranch in Maryland Parkway, but I am not happy with FedEx at all! I was supposed to receive a package today, and it was supposedly delivered according to the tracking information, but I did not receive it. I was home all day and I was outside walking my mom's service dog and surely I would've seen a FedEx driver dropping off a package around the time of delivery! I contacted the customer service at the FedEx, but they were no help at all stating that they were gonna track the package? Hello, it was already delivered (probably to another apartment for all I know) so what the hell?! Grrrr

Not helpful or friendly at all.
Very disappointing!!
Literally, you have to beg for someone’s attention to help you on the copy machines. I’m at this office once every week and it’s the same story every single time. No greetings when you enter the door, no one is smiling … - really SAD!!

There is a time that FedEx used to be considered the gold standard in shipping, not anymore! First the store does not provide any customer service or support when there are shipment problems. FedEx tried to deliver 2 thursdays ago and I was not home, left me a sticker at door, called them back, scheduled a package to be dropped after a certain tine, over a week passed with daily calls for status and nothing, called yesterday and was told that someone will call me back and deliverer it that same day, did not get call or package. called today and was told that shipment was returned due to undeliverable. Worst service ever! Just do business with USPS, ups and Amazon instead of FedEx

Very CARELESS people in this office. First the dropped my package which was a computer screen inside, second they butchered the spelling on the address given. Even when it’s wrong they still RUSH you and still get it WRONG. Horrible customer service. Go to a different location

Your computers stole 6 bucks from me and wouldn't print saying finds were to low to print 1 bw page with 3 bucks left. No one bothered helping

Not very helpful. Employee I asked for seemed a bit put out. Had to call back after I left and again the person I spoke with, Michelle, really wasn't interested at all in helping me. I've been to other locations that the employees were very helpful and realized that's why they're there. For the customer.
