I needed help making copies of my son’s soccer photos. An employee by the name of ROBYN SUTTON helped me do it by self service to save me some money. This woman KNEW EVERYTHING. I would ask other employees questions and they would tell me “ THATS A ROBYN KIND OF QUESTION.” I TRULY THOUGHT THIS WOMAN WAS THE BOSS OF THE STORE. She was kind, nice, energetic, knowledgeable, and just overall amazing. FEDEX….:. IF YOUR ACTUALLY READING THIS…. The smartest thing that you could do is: GIVE THIS WOMAN HER OWN STORE AND A FAT PROMOTION. SHE IS THE DEFINITION OF A KIND HARD WORKING WOMAN. I will always come back to this store, just for her help.

I required an overnight shipment. The box I brought in prepared for shipping was too costly. Megan recommended I try to place my items in a FedEx Express box. She assisted with helping me select the best size and offered to tape it so up as well. I was able to ship overnight with a lower cost. This was a very important shipment and I was relieved to know it would arrive when needed. I always visit this office and will continue. Megan was friendly, professional and went above and beyond helping me. GREAT HIRE! Thanks again Megan.

Charles……. Smh not a good look my guy. I come in to get something shipped out and had this guy try to sell me a box for $7-$8…… I walked out and come back in within a 1 min and got helped by Megan the assistant manager. Luckily I did, because she actually saved me money by mentioning that my item fits in an envelope. Anyways, not a big deal.. but I’ll take my time out to write this. So maybe not get help by this individual… I suggest you guys ask someone else for help.5 stars for Megan the Assistant Manager though!

Dropped off package for delivery. Charles greeted me with a smile and asked me what I needed. He promptly took care of me and had me on my way in no time. He was extremely friendly and helpful! Nothing better than good customer service!

Went in to mail a package. Told if I shipped by ground it would be in Los Angeles the next day. I was going to overnight, but saleswoman assured me ground would be just as good. She even put 3/16/2023 as delivery date on receipt. Thinking Los Angeles was not far from Henderson, yeah right. That was Wednesday morning. It's Saturday and the package has not left Las Vegas! Unable to be found. Perfect! Now that main Las Vegas location is closed until Monday. Perfect! Never will I trust the recommendation of the salesperson who works for FedEx. Should have overnighted like I came to do. I won't know until Monday because it's Saturday. The phone system for you 800 line cuts in and out and the representatives have not been helpful. Led me to believe I'd get an answer today and when I called back, nope I need to call Monday at 8. I had to ask if it was PST, nope it's CST. More frustrating over something that should have been easy. My bad to trust the employee who works at FedEx.

Staff said I can't ship something because "it's a firearm", but didn't know what constitutes a firearm or not. If staff are going to be enforcing rules, then they need training on how to enforce them properly.

Avoid this place like the PLAGUE! They say leadership starts at the top, which holds true for this business. The Manager Kathy is the worst manager I've dealt with in years. FedEx Office on Eastern & St. Rose is the most disorganized, chaotic and haphazardly run business I've seen. I went in to get a seemingly easy job of some copies, reductions and laminating done. Thanks to Kathy and her disorganized employees (except for the older gentleman who was very nice) it took us over an hour and they charged us almost $40... And I DID MOST OF THE WORK!Kathy helped customers who came in AFTER me before me, then when she finally finished my 4 copies which cost $28 just to reduce, she was in a frantic hurry for me to pay for my work even though I was still in the self-service section working on other copies and laminations My partner had some office items that he told the clerk THREE times that he wanted to pay it together with the work I was getting done. Since Kathy was in such a hell bent hurry for me to pay, I interrupted the work I had still not completed to pay. After the transaction was completed I noticed incompetent Kathy did not ring up the items my partner asked three times to pay altogether. When I brought the issue to Kathy's attention she replied, "do you want to purchase it now?" Seriously Kathy?? I will never purchase anything or do businesses with FedEx Office ever again thanks to you and your employees horrible customer service and outrageously high prices.For customers looking for much better service and comparable products, go to Office Depot which is a half mile away.

I've come to this location on more than one occasion and I am always greeted with a warm welcome, as well as a very slim to none wait time. All the employees are helpful.Highly recommend :)

I trusted FedEx to get my package delivered by Christmas Eve, as promised. Paid $166 and the dummies sent it to Tennessee (main hub) during a weather disaster. Package won't be delivered til 2023. So, I assume EVERYONEs Christmas presents are all held up. I would have had better luck with Santa Claus. FEDEX, you've been entrusted with a major responsibility and you have failed miserably. Which could have been avoided. You have one job and can't get it right. Pathetic.

This is a pretty busy location, but it's easy to get to by turning off of St. Rose Parkway. It is located close to Lowe's. I have been making more stops here lately for sending packages for work or picking up shipping supplies. I really like that they have a self-service scanner when you already have labels printed. Skip the line and scan. The staff has helped me with selecting the correct shipping materials or they can give examples of what I can order online. Service:One time I needed help tracking a package and updating some information and they were able to help me. Sometimes calling the 1-800 number can take a while.Cost: I am thankful that my company gets an 80% discount on most shipping costs and they pay for everything. Shipping costs are really steep these days. I am not sure that I would use it for personal shipments. They are cheaper than UPS for most things. Looking at the overall cost though I am more thankful for free shipping at certain online stores.
