We went to ship boxes this morning and wanted to inform you of how we ere treated. Your agent who helped us was very rude not friendly at all..she was so of full bad attitude and showed that she did not want to be there this morning. If you do not want to be at work...than stay at home....we have been going there almost every month and have never come across any other representatives like you. You were not welcoming at all!!! This is so disappointing....So on my review it's 0 stars....very unhappy customer.... to be treated like that so early in the morning!!! I really did not want any stars at all ...but I had to in order to post my review

Im at this site a few times a week. The staff is always so friendly, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile! Unless its packed, I'm usually in and out within a few minutes!

I had a great encounter today...I was greeted by employee Joann ..great customer service ..I was in and out ...I had to write a review... most locations aren't good ...just a bunch of young people who seem to be annoyed when you need help ...IM TALKING TO YOU GALLERIA MALL LOCATION

If I could hit this place with zero stars I would. I don’t know what it is with FedEx Kinko’s these days, but they have completely abandoned the concept of good customer service. Maybe it’s because the owners are paying crap wages to their employees. Maybe it’s because the industry is falling into the cracks now that there are so many web-based options available. At the end of the day, the manager and owner of this location might want to take a hard look at who they tapped for leadership and who they’re paying to work there. Went there last night to discuss enlarging an 8 x 10 to a 16 x 20 and the best that she could offer was poster paper? And when I asked her for better options, she seemed confused and incompetent. Needless to say I left and felt it was a huge waste of my time. I drove all the way over there after work on a Friday to settle this and what I got in return was walking into a location with the music blasting and no one working the counter. When your assistant manager eventually walked over, every time somebody decided to walk by, into the next room or out the door they interrupted our conversation. I have no idea what your qualifications are for hiring people to work at your place, but you might wanna find somebody who’s interested in helping the customer. Garbage garbage garbage. FedEx Kinko’s used to be my first go-to for any kind of printing and shipping but over the last few visits I’ll never use them again. And I strongly recommend anybody reading this review to save your breath and and your time and go somewhere else. You’re not gonna get any decent customer service here or at any other FedEx Kinko’s.

There is only one attendant helping all the customers. It took more than an hour for me to handover a package having label already.

The Company I work for used this FedEx location to ship in the matierals for a booth @ 2024 Cowboy Christmss. The Staff here are very helpful and friendly.
Valonna, Ariel, Forrest, Elaine and Shy. I was in and out with the twenty packages in a very brief time. There is parking very close to the door for easy access to load and unload.
