This location at Craig and Jones is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Every time I go there from sending packages to making copies. It's the worst service every single time I go. It's very close to my house that's why I go, but I've had enough.... NO MORE!!

Wow! Not sure what happened today, but the people I usually see in here are not working. This one girl wasn’t very helpful and was kind of rushing me and not very patient. Looked like she was doing other things when I walked in so it felt like I had disturbed her train of thought. I usually come in with a FedEx label code to send my document and they get the bag put the document in it and seal it up for me with no problem and a smile. This girl had issues and I’m not sure if I wanna come back here next time. I do it for convenience and since it’s close to my home. Someone needs to talk to her about her attitude. Very unprofessional. I’m sure she probably did a great acting job for her interview to get herself into FedEx. Disappointed ☹️

I came here just to get my time and money wasted. Apparently FedEx cannot send out USPS packages. I did not know that and the person did not communicate that with me.. She still charged me for the label and then sent me on my way to still go to USPS because FedEx does send USPS. Definitely better communication.

Dropped off several packages to be shipped out at this location on Craig/Jones Las Vegas 89130. According to tracking, it's NOT MOVING. Like how does that happen???? Spoke to customer service and they don't know where it is. Spoke to an employee at the store and they said it's not there. So a package just disappears??? It's a BIG BOX! Printed the label there, using a QR CODE, so there is PROOF that the box was dropped off at this location!
So either someone is stealing packages here or David Copperfield works here now.
DO NOT BRING YOUR PACKAGES TO THIS LOCATION!

This is my local FedEx Ship Store. Been using it for about 5 years now. Seen some changes in store layout, items available and normal employee rotations or attrition. I know it's a FedEx, not a fine dining establishment, they do what their scope of work demands and they do it well. I don't know if it's because I walk in with respect that I always get respect and great service. But the amount of negative comments I see don't match what I see every visit.
Proficient at the job, friendly and no complaints.

Over priced prints with no help on how to get the job done correctly. If you make an error printing, you will have to pay for it. There is a thing called customer service. You won’t get it here. Money hungry company. Really sad because over the last two years they’ve made so much revenue because most people lost their trust in usps. I won’t be back after tonight’s visit.

I am disgusted and utterly stunned at the carelessness, irresponsibility and unprofessionalism of FedEx!I mailed THREE packages to Washington State on JANUARY 16th, 2024 to three different addresses and I was told that they all would arrive by end of day, On JANUARY 20th, 2024. TWO OF THE THREE people I had sent packages wrote me on January 22nd, letting me know that THEY STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED their packages. I had called and talked to a person at the very FedEx office I had sent the packages from.I had to repeatedly explain myself and the fact that TWO, NOT ONE which was what he kept repeating, still have not reached their destinations. I asked him if he could at least tell me where they are. ALL THE FEDEX REP SAID WAS, “THEY ARE IN OUR WAREHOUSE.”Actually, I had mailed several packages during the holidays and they ALL had arrived exactly when I was told and on the date it was printed on each receipt they would arrive to each address.TWO OF THE PACKAGES FINALLY ARRIVED ON JANUARY 26TH. THE THIRD PACKAGE FINALLY ARRIVED ON JANUARY 29TH!!!DO YOU NOT PRIDE YOURSELVES ON DELIVERING ITEMS ON TIME???You infinitely failed!!Why does the FedEx website keep asking me about my online experience? YOU obviously will NOT, DO NOT want to hear and let me describe the infinitely unsatisfactory, unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience I have had with FedEx.You need to be asking relevant questions regarding experience with sending a package….did it get to the receiver ON TIME and IT WAS supposed to. Is that not what you proud yourselves for??? I don’t know why you’re putting all these frivolous questions when you need to be asking more relevant questions.

This is the only location that could help me with my package return issue. The authorized locations that weren’t real FedEx centers were clueless. Staff were quite friendly despite the busy holiday season.

Poor customer service, was having issues printing a document and both of the employees were to busy gossiping instead of helping so rude never again will i go to this location. Very unprofessional behavior in front of customers

I'm needed banners printed asap they had a backlog of orders. I sent the design and never heard back from them at all. Luckily I found another place that was much more professional and came through. TBH I was very shocked at the level of service I got from FedEx. Highly disappointed. Will now be taking all business to the smaller local guys!!!
