Over priced prints with no help on how to get the job done correctly. If you make an error printing, you will have to pay for it. There is a thing called customer service. You won’t get it here. Money hungry company. Really sad because over the last two years they’ve made so much revenue because most people lost their trust in usps. I won’t be back after tonight’s visit.

I am disgusted and utterly stunned at the carelessness, irresponsibility and unprofessionalism of FedEx!I mailed THREE packages to Washington State on JANUARY 16th, 2024 to three different addresses and I was told that they all would arrive by end of day, On JANUARY 20th, 2024. TWO OF THE THREE people I had sent packages wrote me on January 22nd, letting me know that THEY STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED their packages. I had called and talked to a person at the very FedEx office I had sent the packages from.I had to repeatedly explain myself and the fact that TWO, NOT ONE which was what he kept repeating, still have not reached their destinations. I asked him if he could at least tell me where they are. ALL THE FEDEX REP SAID WAS, “THEY ARE IN OUR WAREHOUSE.”Actually, I had mailed several packages during the holidays and they ALL had arrived exactly when I was told and on the date it was printed on each receipt they would arrive to each address.TWO OF THE PACKAGES FINALLY ARRIVED ON JANUARY 26TH. THE THIRD PACKAGE FINALLY ARRIVED ON JANUARY 29TH!!!DO YOU NOT PRIDE YOURSELVES ON DELIVERING ITEMS ON TIME???You infinitely failed!!Why does the FedEx website keep asking me about my online experience? YOU obviously will NOT, DO NOT want to hear and let me describe the infinitely unsatisfactory, unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience I have had with FedEx.You need to be asking relevant questions regarding experience with sending a package….did it get to the receiver ON TIME and IT WAS supposed to. Is that not what you proud yourselves for??? I don’t know why you’re putting all these frivolous questions when you need to be asking more relevant questions.

This is the only location that could help me with my package return issue. The authorized locations that weren’t real FedEx centers were clueless. Staff were quite friendly despite the busy holiday season.

Poor customer service, was having issues printing a document and both of the employees were to busy gossiping instead of helping so rude never again will i go to this location. Very unprofessional behavior in front of customers

I'm needed banners printed asap they had a backlog of orders. I sent the design and never heard back from them at all. Luckily I found another place that was much more professional and came through. TBH I was very shocked at the level of service I got from FedEx. Highly disappointed. Will now be taking all business to the smaller local guys!!!

My second time to ship in this store was worse than expected! The lady was not approachable at all. She was lazy to offer options for shipping internationally. She just encoded in the computer the details written on my envelope and let me pay the shipping fee.. That's it! The worst part is that the delivery date in the receipt was 2/3/2023, BUT it was delivered 2/6/2023! The cost of the shipping was $156.25 yet DELAYED!!! NOT HAPPY with the service!

I love this Fed Ex location! Not far from my home and big parking lot unlike some locations. Makes it super easy to be in and out. Very clean and organized on the inside. Even during the busy holiday season I'm seen right away. If they see I'm holding something heavy they tell I can set it down if there is a customer ahead of me. Absolutely everyone that works here that I've met has been wonderful! Jabari and Preston (I hope I got that correct) helped me out last night. Super awesome friendly service. Soly and Kiara have also been amazing on previous visits. Thank you all so much! You really stand out above all other shipping companies.

I needed to pick up an online order of business cards on 10/7/22. This is my first time at this location. When I viewed the business cards. There was a color error. I showed a previous business card of the same design without the color error. Jabari by far is the MAN! He listened to my issue. He then checked the system to figure out what the issue was with the color error. Then he promptly without saying a word. Began to fix the business cards. His attention to detail. His 10-star customer service. His professionalism is hard to come by these days. Please give Mr. Jabari a raise & upgraded position. He truly deserves it. If you're on this side of town and need anything office or package wise done. Stop in and definitely ask for Jabari. You will thank me. I highly recommend this location. Thank you once again!

I use this location twice a year for printing needs. Today, I went in and a new young lady took my drive and printed my papers in about 6 minutes. She then proceeds to tell me if I want them today it's an extra $30 or I can pick them up tomorrow. Say what? They were completed within 6 minutes and there isn't another person in the store. 200 copies $166 dollars - time to find someplace that wants my business.
