If you need copies or something printed this is a convenient service on the strip. Most casinos have a FedEx Business center that is typically located near the convention halls. This location had a section in the front that is open 24hrs for hotel guest.We emailed them a print order & they had it ready in 15 minutes. Picking it up, the employee was nice & we were in & out quickly.Shipping items is over priced but Lyft/Uber cost to go to a cheaper option off the strip, you might break even on cost.

Very friendly and helpful. The customer rep even opened the door back up for me when I arrived 20secs after he locked up.For any other lost souls, the location is inside the MGM near the conference rooms, just look for the signs once in that area. It’s a little past Starbucks from the casino side.

needed a roll down banner for a product launch I was hosting. I thought it would be simple task but when I went to Fedex office inside Cosmopolitan hotel, the staff could not find the right size and refused to help me. Fedex is not like this everywhere! I called the next morning and the staff at the Cosmopolitan Fedex office were amazing. They had my banner ready in 20 minutes and delivered it to me in under an hour! Best staff ever.

Do not use FedEx in Las Vegas - their warehouse is short staffed and the package will site for three days or more before being delivered. Packages delayed three weeks in a row.

Do NOT ship any of your items to this store. They already receive a shipping an handling fee but run some scam where they want to charge you an additional $10 for first item and $7 for additional items to pick them up. I have had items delivered to my hometown West Palm Beach Fed-Ex and UPS stores and NEVER do they try to scam people by charging an additional fee to pick up an item. I don't know if it is just the Fed-Ex or UPS stores in the hotel but I would call an Off Strip Fed-Ex or UPS store and see if there is an additional charge as I have had numerous items delivered to my hometown stores and Never have they tried to scam me out of additional fees.
