Employees can set the atmosphere! There were 4 people behind the counter, a young man wanting to have a conversation with your only female employee avoiding his much needed attention to the only two customers in the place, us, needing to ask questions about the different sandwiches, but his concern was playing cupid with his co-worker. I myself asked to remove one item from my choice of sandwich and another concerning toasting the bread, not the meat. One of the other employee made both sandwiches, maybe not realizing the simple requests and the final young employee just standing around. Not use to inspecting the food before leaving a place, but I should have. But I could have gone back and demanded a refund, by not ever returning is more gratifying for me. You, the owner must like to loose money by hiring incompetent people. I now know why Subway does much better service and sandwiches. Much faster and makes it your way! With acknowledging your customers with a smile and let them realize upon their departure maybe a friendly good bye, come back again, just a suggestion. Your store, your money! Good luck!

While the food is delicious and the place is clean with friendly staff.. The music is less than desirable as every other word was the N word. Had my kids been with me I would have left.

Everyone behind the counter is more concerned about their conversation than the customers. Thought I was invisible for a few minutes while I waited for the cashier to stop talking to the other employees about personal issues. Poor customer service. These kids need a reality check.

For some reason I come here a couple times a week and get the 1 employee today that wants to be a stickler with a pickle that you get by the bucket. And 3 dollars for 2 slices of pepperoni. That's robbery.

Man, I love the food. It’s really good, but I have never seen a place staffed so poorly.Half the time the staff has no ideas what’s going on, the other times they all look like they hate their job.I don’t know who is running this place but Cmon, this is a great brand. hire and train good people and create a better company culture.We want to keep supporting your business. And for the love of God please answer your phone.It’s nearly impossible to make a phone order, they never answer anymore

I’ve ordered here 4 times since opening and never once had a correct sandwich. If a restaurant is not competent enough to leave off cheese 4 different times, I can only imagine how much they remember to clean. Stay clear they’re not capable of doing their jobsDietary restrictions: Ordered here 4 times and not once has my order been right. This restaurant is physically incapable of leaving cheese off a sandwich. Don’t waste your money or time if you have any restrictions

I love Firehouse and used to eat there all of the time. I just moved to the centennial area and went to the one off of 95 and Durango. The food quality has gone way down. Until recently I had never had a bad sandwich from Firehouse that I could remember. The portions are small, the sandwiches never taste the same, ( I always get the Italian). Today I went to get a sun and didn't know they offered garlic bread until right after I had ordered and paid. I asked the red haired girl if I could get my bread that way and she said there was a charge for it. How?? It's the same bread, you're just adding some butter. I don't even get all of the toppings on my sub lol. That's a fair trade off in my head. I looked at the menu and don't see it shows an extra charge for that anywhere. Not even online. I've eaten at a lot of sub places that do sandwiches this way and never been charged extra for it. She was very snotty about it too. I will not go back to this location.

Honestly the only reason for the one star review is because this is the ONLY firehouse subs that has the pick up option turned off in the app. Every time I go on the app to do a pre order it says it’s down, I can see all the other firehouse’s is turned on! And I know they go into the store to turn it off because if you order before the store opens the order is made… strange….

Great subs but like anywhere today it's too much.Glad a friend was buying. I would never spend 15 bucks to eat anywhere.
