Always great service, and I visit this location regularly.Workers are always helpful and the sandwiches come out hot and tasty.My favorite sub for some reason is the Club on a Sub... can't beat it.

U should have to love food and have pride in the fact that every order is 1000% correct!The orders on your shift of course! Its mind trampling for me to even slightly agree that fast food is difficult! ( Unless in probational period) A new hire probationary period at work is a short period of time — usually lasting between one and three months — where employers assess new employees for professional qualities like work ethic, adaptability, cultural fit, and attitude before offering them a permanent role.It say 2 mac n cheese on the ipad and u give me none. The vibe given was cool n trustworthy but i misread, guess the crew member did also. Gotta check my bags 1000% of the time now. Lesson learned. Feel free to cooy n paste cuz i know someone can relate..ps. They also had to remake a meatball sub twice.. all three workers couldnt have been new hires ??? dont mess with night crews

We received the wrong order and the manager stated that he will not refund the charge unless we bring back the food - they were almost closed so I would have to bring back the food tomorrow. I have never heard of such a policy that would inconvenience a customer to drive back food that they are simply going to throw away anyway. I offered to send them pictures showing that we received the wrong order, but they insisted we needed to bring it in. We did not get the food that we ordered, so it seems like common sense to refund that money.When we realized we were not getting refunded and would not have dinner tonight if we saved it to return tomorrow, my husband decided to call it a loss and just eat whatever they gave us. He took one bite and pulled out a long hair out of his mouth. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location.

Terrible service. They gave us the wrong order. When we got home 20 minutes away and 15 minutes before they closed, they refused to refund the order unless we brought the food back. I’m not going to waste 40 minutes of my time at 9p at night for your mistake. Will not eat here again.

I giving this place a 1 across the board. I rushed over here after a long day. When I pulled to the drive thu at 5:40ish to a lit up menu, I was informed that the drive thu is closed. I was confused cause it wasn't 6 yet nor was it 9 pm when they close shop. So I asked if the store was closing? They replied with "No just the drive thru. You can come in if you want." Then shuts the lights off to the drive thu. I didn't argue with the guy but I was upset cause if everything was shut off I wouldn't have even pulled in. So I then pulled forward to a car waiting on their subs. I can't pull out now it's dark and I could hit something backing up. I'm stuck now waiting for someone to get their sub and now know I'm not getting one. Why even have a drive thu if your going to close it whenever you want. Just don't have one and make people come in! So in the end my day was ruined and I left to the McDonald's down the road.

Oh T-Mobile, your Tuesday offers are always hit or miss. I rolled through for my free sandwich (with purchase) and the app got discombobulated. So when I rolled up to the drive thru for pickup and was handed one sandwich, my confusion had the server call his manager, Veronica.She fixed the order and threw in a cookie and a drink for the trouble. Come to find out, her and her husband recently bought this and another Firehouse Subs in town.Thank you. It serves as a poignant reminder that QSR/fast food chains can be locally owned and operated too. Given the service provided, I'm looking forward to many future visits!Highly recommended!Veronica

Went to firehouse subs on dean martin and blue diamonds to try the pork and slaw sandwich (limited time) did not disappoint the pork was very tender and mesh well with the slaw very good.Service was par for the course, about what you would expect nothing special. The decor was a typical firehouse sub decor, although it seemed kind of disheveled around the garbage can like it was not cleaned for the entire day. The top was very dirty with dried up lettuce on it and about 10 trays sitting in the dirty pile. The restaurant was not busy at all was completely empty so it could have been cleaned better. But the food was good but not overly impressed. With the overall experience

they took 45 minutes to give me my order they need new management. The guy who took my order couldn't even speak he sounded as if he was really high bad service never coming here again.

Service was extremely slow today. As it is every other time I order from this fire house location. In the past two days I've ordered a pepperoni pizza Meatball sub served on a garlic bread roll, two large meatball subs, two large turkey bacon ranch subs, and a small turkey bacon ranch. Each order consisted of three sandwiches, which I guess might be considered somewhat of a large order. Not really but I guess. So I can understandable that it would take some time to prepare. But there's always an extensive wait time. Even if one is just ordering a single sandwich. Which is typically my usual order. The sandwiches themselves were terrific and everybody really enjoyed them. It's just 10 times out of 10 the service moves at a snails pace. I recommend you keep the great sandwiches. Improve service time thus leading to a better rating.

The guys were nice, but the food and serving sizes are less than desired. I received a "shot" of soup, not a bowl of soup that I ordered and paid for. The pop machine was also not working properly - no syrup.
