Made an appt for flat tire service. I arrived 15 minutes early, told employee I had an appointment.
I waited for 1 hour and the hood of my car was open but no service to the tire had taken place. I asked for my car to be returned. No time management!

Had 2 tires install and the experience was totally unpleasant. Called ahead to verify they got the tire and prepaid service with appointment. When I call to verify, was put on hold for 8 min and no one pick back up. Called again and they answered immediately, so the flashing yellow light on the phone apparently meant nothing. The the clueless writer first thought it was a warranty replacement as he did not look on his screen carefully. Then he thumbled on the screen and told me he needs a signature so I can't leave until he finish the data entry. After about 20 min another writer came in and showed him how to finish the order and said I never had to sign as everything was prepaid n done. Waste of time. Then they call and did not know how to take center cap off , after they finally took it off and install the tires, they could not put cap back on flush. I can't think of a more incompetent tire store in hundreds of tires I had installed in years of owning literally hundreds of cars as i operated a dealership. Now I will take it to my usualy tire store n have them reinstall the center cap the right way so it would be flush with the wheel. Unbelievable!

You need to be mentally prepared to come any Firestone they work very slow for a tire change or oil change you will wait minimum 3 hrs I been her since 10am appointment and they’re not done yet many people here complaining too

I had a horrible experience with this location. Staff was rude and didn’t help my issue at all. They fixed my part but ended up needing to go somewhere else for the same issue. Will never be using this company again. Make sure you stay for your whole appointment and see what they do to your car!!!

I have visited several Firestone locations in Las Vegas, NV. The Flamingo location is by far the most efficient and customer friendly I have found so far. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Guy sharply tells me they aren’t allowed to install customer supplied parts, in this case a power stop z23 evo brake kit. Lmao run for the hills, that is an industry wide term for we want to rip you off as much as possible, and can’t risk you bringing cost effect and or superior parts. Worked in the industry long enough to know better.

Everything about this place is bad news! The advisor name Vincent? Is a complete liar if not a fraud! Drop the car 7 am to repair one tire. Not two, not three, only one! He promised to call 10 am. But no call, I call him 11.30 , he said they doing it and need another hour. But he called at 1pm only to tell me the tire is irreparable, needs to be replaced
. At this point, really I want to smacked him and n the mouth!
6 hours! To replace one tire, not two, not three, only one! Uno! And worse, I been told lies by this creep name Vincent who work behind the desk at Firestone

I just love the work that Firestone on Flamingo does, I wouldn go anywhere else. Vincent is always professional and does amazing work, the whole staff is very helpful. It a 20 out of 10!

I believe you're store did something to my car the day after I left my engine light came on and I purchased 4 brand new tires from you're company I thought. Now I'm wondering did I pay for used tires1 year and a half ago and now your telling me I need new a tire what happened to the warranty I've patronage your business on serial times spending my hard earned money and I feel liked I was being asked to pay for something I don't need I'm never coming back there again you guys are a rip off especially to women

From the moment I entered the Firestone building and when I left, the customer service that was provided to me was amazing. They explained the service to me in great detail and never tried to push other service that were not needed. I was in and out with an hour and a half. I will recommend Firestone to my family and friends.

Whatever I write about Mark will be little. Absolute professional and very fast communication and the service was at the level of 5 stars. If there was an option 10 stars I would give 10 stars :)) Thank you Mark for the tire on my Ford Mustang 2021 and for the oil change everything was very high level I will come again when I need.
