Booked an appt for a tire check. Need to know if it was a nail or something simple or needed a whole new tire. Flamingo and Rainbow location had my car for over an hour and my car hood was up (why was hood of car even opened) and not addressed my tire issue. Bad time management!

Workers were friendly, prices are fair. Their communication could use some improvement, but I would definitely come back.

Poor communication with no updates. First estimated time to pick car up would be 4 hours. I had to call in every time for an update to only get eta pushed back with no explanation. I finally get there close to closing time and it's still being worked on and only then in person I'm told wrong parts were ordered and it will be more expensive. None of this with relayed to me throughout the day. Had to find out on person at their closing time. Only went in because a few days prior they called saying over 200 dollars could be saved because it was a savings weekend and additional saving with financing. No savings was there and told the proper part was more expensive as an explanation.

Worst place to take your vehicle

I'm really disappointed! I wanted so much to love this shop. I got a car alignment and a brake fluid exchange. Car alignment was the one year plan- Get your car aligned as often as needed for one year. I had to come back to get a second alignment, and just like the first one, they printed out a spec sheet showing the before and after. Came back and had my car aligned a third time and had a fan blower replaced. I made it out to the car when realizing I didn't get a receipt or a spec sheet showing the before and after. I went back in to get one. The manager Keith printed off a sheet, but it wasn't like the first two I got. He explained that he didn't need to print off a spec sheet because everything was green. I was told on my previous two visits that I had a red because of a manufacturing issue. Now, everything is supposedly green. I'm just supposed to take his word for it. I almost get back home, a 20+ minute drive, before deciding to go back and get a spec sheet showing the before and after. When I asked Keith, the manager, about getting a spec sheet like I did on my other two visites, he cursed. The mechanic put my car back up on the lift and ran a report. Numbers were not the same. Mechanic stated there was going to be some fluctuating of the numbers. The whole experience this morning was so disappointing. I'll never trust Firestone again!

Conveniently found a hundred things wrong with my car. An oil change went from 30 to 1700 dollars. Couldn't get a smog check because machine wasn't working. Never coming back to Firestone again. Sucked me dry.

Made an appointment for a tire balance at 2pm, arrived promptly on time vehicle doesn’t get into bay until an hour after, ok. Car has been sitting in the bay for over an hour and both tire balancing machines are not being used. I proceed to notice the technician “Jay” in charge of the work ticket lounging around with no sense of getting work completed in any fair amount of time.
If you want things done in an appropriate amount of time don’t come here. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if you still end up waiting almost an hour for the car to be pulled in and then another hour for someone just to address it, then another 15 minutes spread out here and there as they take their sweet time.
All in all after a scheduled appointment, a simple wheel balancing took 4 hours. What a joke. Half of that time is messing around.
Don't bother paying the extra for the “lifetime” services because you won’t be making repeat visits.
To be fair the advisors are kind and communicative however the good things end there.
Didn't take care to move my center caps so my locking hubs were blocked from being accessed.
Poor work ethic, lazy all around.

Been coming to this location exclusively for years. Not always the fastest but reliable service. Last time i booked an appointment they moved it. No biggie. Still took all day for an oil change. Went in as a walk in today and Mark told me to kick rocks and come back tomorrow or the next day since they were busy. No thank you, will not be returning. I’m sure I’ll get a generic response about striving for great customer service to this comment.

I originally took my car here after seeing a couple drops of oil in my driveway.
They told me they would figure out where the oil leak was coming from and fix it for me.
After receiving my car back, my check engine light came on, and I almost got stranded after having to take it back. We found out that they had cracked my spark plugs and my car was misfiring and basically running on 2 cylinders.
after receiving my car back the second time it was leaking oil 20 times worse than before all over my driveway, which looks terrible now.
I took my car back the third time and they told me the valve cover was cracked, which had to of been something they did. They replaced my valve cover, which after doing so my engine cover no longer fit and was just placed on top of my engine loosely unsecured. ( safety issue)
After receiving my car back the third time after having gone through all this for an oil leak, they told me there was still other leaks that they were unsure of where they were coming from when the whole point in the first place was for them to pinpoint any leaks my engine had. (I’m assuming that was their disclaimer in case the valve cover was still leaking). I also spent almost 50 to 80 bucks on Lyft and Uber’s back-and-forth as well as 600$ for an issue that I’m unsure is fixed.
Will be taking to a different Firestone to follow up on their work.
Terrible experience! It’s more of the process that was taken that was horrible not necessarily the people. Great people just shitty service and processes.

Call friday to set an appointment for Tuesday for 3:30 the Gentleman said I can do 4:00 PM we can only set appointment per hour but if you come in at 3:30 that’s okay. I said 4 is fine.
Came in Tuesday for my 4pm appointment.@3:50PM. The lady advise me I have no appointment at 4 & Im not in the system at all. I took my phone out and I said that’s odd, I called Friday call this number 702-763-6336. (The number listed on google search) The lady said idk who’s number that is, it’s not ours.
I replied ok I must have called a different Firestone. I went back in my car and called that number back to a “different” Firestone to cancel my 4pm appointment I made…
It was the same lady that was inside Firestone who answered the phone and all she got to say was “oh okay”
Later on I decided to call back N. Durango location to set an appointment with them instead since it’s closer to my work.
When I called the number 702 763 -6336..
It was indeed S. Durango location
They just lied to me and didn’t want to take in my car because it was end of the day.
The new guy i spoke to said they move my schedule to Friday instead of Tuesday.. & he
mentioned that appointment schedules are irrelevant, if your appointment schedule is unavailable they will re-schedule it.But I didn’t get a phone call or an email…
Why would Firestone at s.durango assume I will be available on Friday??
It truly shows the lack of integrity..
Why would you guys tell your customer they didn’t have an appointment when in fact they did..and that the number listed on the google search isn’t the Business telephone number.?when in fact it is..
