It’s really hard to make everyone happy, but this place make me happy and it makes my dad happy too as he goes here as well! The care provided is like no other because the providers actually take their time with you! They treat you with such care and compassion. I hope it never changes.

Horrible they will discuss your problems with people that call then you can get therapy but once it starts working and you truly trust the therapist they won’t let you see them they will try to get you to see a different therapist when Emily is the only qualified therapist they will give you her to start but once you trust her they won’t

Dr. Ida has been my parent's doctor since 2018. The personalization she provides, the level of care and assistance to my parents have been invaluable. She is very professional and very caring at the same time. Both my parents feel very comfortable with her and highly recommend her and this place!

One star is too many. A Negative 10 stars is what it deserves. Don't walk, RUN away! I have been seeing Dr. Brieland for about a year now - actually my son has. He is 11 and suffers from ODD and ADHD. Every single month we have to see this doc to get a refill of the medication. That is the ONLY thing we see him for. He does not treat my son for anything, just writes the prescriptions. Every single month we see him and when it comes time to get the meds refilled, there are problems. My son runs out, the pharmacy tells us to call the prescriber. We call and call and it takes days to get thru, forget getting a call back. They open at 10 AM, supposedly, but I still get the answering service. They close at 430 pm but the answering service goes on at 350 PM. I leave message after message, begging for a call back because my son is melting down, detoxing from meds, with no response. It is always the same story, It is Friday, I spend all day at different times of the day calling and finally get thru. Of course after a half hour wait time, I am told that Dr Brieland is not in, and the medical assistant is texting him. Wait - what?! This was the same story last time I called on a Friday!! I mean, if he isn't scheduled to be in office on Friday, just tell me!! He took a Hippocratic oath to "do no harm." Well, let me tell you, he is harming my child every single time he does not call in that prescription - or fax it - to the pharmacy. The previous time it took 3 weeks for him to finally fill the rx. And he randomly misses appointments, with no notification from staff. As if all I have to do with my life is wait around to reschedule. He is almost always late, and sometimes takes personal calls from his wife during appointments. So unhappy with this quacky clinic. The only saving grace has been Jamilette who actually acts like she cares and understands the suffering he is putting my son and our family thru. Bless her for her kindness, and I hope she finds a better job at a better place. First Med is THE WORST!!!

NEGETIVE 87 Stars this please deserves, My son is 6 years old and depends on his ADHD medication to go to school and focus, this place refuses to call the pharmacy to clear the prescription so my son can get his medication, we have wrote constant emails and called every single day to get this to go through, Melody is the name of the person “helping” us and saying she’s going to call and never does, it’s been 5 days of emails and calls and Melody saying she’s going to call and get it resolved and never does, The “doctor” name is Breland or Brelend terrible doctor doesn’t follow up with his patience to make sure they get their medication, I wonder if my son was of a lighter skin tone would he get better taken care of by these people, anyways don’t go to this place they don’t care about you go elsewhere.

Dr Ida is great I've never had a problem with them I don't really like the video visits but it is what it is I'm going to try to get my stepson to be a patient as his present doctor doesn't seem to care about his vim Pat which is a very important medication anyways thank you first med I hope you will be able to accept him.

Super professional. Very clean. I love this place! They go above and beyond for their pt. I've never had to wait long. If I did have to wait long, I'd understand why. It's because they actually evaluate all their pt. and listen to them. Again, I love this place! If I could, Id give more than five stars.

yall seemed really helpful when i could actually get ahold of you, but for the last several weeks i cannot contact anyone at this facility. i keep getting rerouted to an answering service that doesnt pick up either, and leaving messages does me no good since i dont get calls back. i really need to make an appointment because my stomach health is completely failing but i just literally cant get ahold of anyone here, period.

I had a zoom appointment with FirstMed after a head injury and I was very pleased. The medical staff and doctor were very kind and thorough. They helped me setup other referrals and follow up appointments that I needed as well.

I have never had a worse experience with a medical establishment in my life. STAY away from them! You don't need to deal with what I've went through. Everyone there, including the higher ups, are incompetent. Even after raising several complaints to the Director of Human resources and the VP of Compliance, the issues were never resolved. Every time I had a visit it was necessary to follow up with a complaint. They either didn't send in my medication, claimed the new medication I'd just been prescribed wasn't on the list, made appointments for me that they never scheduled, left me hanging in a huge mess when I was withdrawing from medications they were taking me off of and weren't returning my messages, so I had to go to urgent care for help instead. All their mistakes with my medication resulted in me being dangerously unmedicated for almost a month, they don't send in the correct blood tests, they don't send new prescriptions into your pharmacy at all... the list goes on and on. Please stay away from them and save yourself unnecessary risk and conflict! It's a shame they are a non-profit, and I think they should lose their non-profit status immediately.
