They have their self out as assistant check out and they’re double scanning peoples belongings. I do not like their new system, and I believe it needs to be changed. If you’re gonna have self check out, you might well just stand in the line and check out everybody that comes in there’s no point of doing that and have one person that is wrong.

Today was the first time I visited this location and I was upset over the fact that there are self checkouts, but the one employee upfront said that they had to check me out. She was too busy, checking out another customer and talking to them and even told me that she would get someone else, but never did, so I took it upon myself to check myself out and so did the person behind me. If you don’t want self checkouts, then Five Below needs to take them out and keep a minimum of two employees upfront. And then being told I would be charged 5 cents per plastic bag to use. There is no signage around to indicate that I would be charged until I checked out by myself. There’s no need for this corporation to charge 5 cents per bag when most of their stuff is junk as is. I will not be returning to this location.

Store is here that's all I can say. Stock is always low, always all over and customer service is non existing the only thing they can do correctly is point.

My family and I love five below. We first encountered them in Texas but I don't enjoy that you have to wait to be checked out at this location. You have self checkouts for a reason. You shouldn't be making your customers wait to purchase their items longer than it took to pick them out. Probably won't go back to this one.

Employees are clueless. They had me order the item online as it was out of stock. When I received the doorbell camera, it didn't work. I went back to the store. Initially, they refused to refund the item. I wasn't till I demended a manager they did a refund. And the manager wouldn't even come out and speak to me.

There is nothing in the store. The shelves are dang near empty .the employees are nice .

Everything looks cheap for $5, people smell like weed (I'm allergic and breakout in hives) so I can never take time browsing the aisles. Guess I could order from the app.. But I don't like supporting online shopping

It's a great store- they have great products at really good prices. I took my daughter there, and she just loved it. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a huge variety of items
