This store is great to shop during the holiday season, 2 for $10 holiday pillows are the cutest. I bought 4 and give them away as presents & put two on my couch for throw pillows winter decoration. Customer service is good

One of the most worst stores I've ever been in. What a mess employees were just standing around talking. The store was very unorganized. The only reason I went in was to get a couple of stuffed animals. Half of them didn't even have a price displayed.

I purchased a few items from Five Below through Instacart. I don't recommend this unless you're certain you won't return anything...
I went to the Eastern, Silverado Ranch location to return one unused/unopened item that was $5 when I bought it. The young woman at the front with short, light hair, who I believe was the manager, wasn't necessarily rude, but she was dismissive as if she wanted to return to whatever else she was doing quickly. She said she couldn't issue a refund because I didn't have a 'physical' receipt and that's a corporate issue; the best I could get was a gift card for $2.50 because that same item had been marked half off since my purchase. (I don't know any retail establishment where your refund/credit is the new, sale amount vs. what you actually paid.) She claimed this was all due to the receipt issue and ignored my attempts to show her the Instacart order on my phone. I called customer service afterwards to explain what happened. They issued a $5 credit without any 'physical' proof.
The hassle over one, inexpensive item (just for store credit) definitely deters me from shopping at Five Below again, unfortunately.
I think the positive reviews are more a reflection of the inventory and good deals. On a a side note, this particular store is often disorganized and smells strange.

Terrible service, I paid for bags and they said there weren't any. The person who helped me had terrible customer service. I'd never had a bad experience before this store.

Night Manager or supervisor won’t/cant acknowledge customers in the store when they come in or out. Also, the female supervisor, and the male employee even acknowledge customers when they’re standing right in front of you or when I’m standing in front of them trying to ask him a question they ignore you. Very poor customer service

I just checked out at this location, (transaction 183039) and the associate at the front offered to help me check out which is normal, but at the end when I was waiting for my receipt, the computer asked for my feedback on the store and the associate answered TEN FOR ME. I said excuse me that’s not the feedback I want to give, he said “yeah they’re making us do it” i said no i understand they want you to help me check out, i get it, I worked retail it cuts theft down, but the feedback is MINE to give and i did NOT want to choose 10 stars” he said “no i understand what you’re saying but they’re making us do it.” EXCUSE ME?!?? You’re MAKING your employees force our feedback numbers?!?! WTH five below?! That is just wrong! Lost my trust.

Store was clean and organized, lots of Disney items and being a huge Disney fan and collector it’s a good place to go for such items. Now some items they carry for example, nail glue, one nail emery board, paper can be found at any dollar store and yet they sell the exact same item for $5. It’s Five BELOW yet NOTHING except tiny gum drop type single candies is below $5, it’s all $5 and ABOVE. Other than that it’s a great store and they carry a lot of nice items.

I’ve been to a lot of 5 below stores but this one stood out! The store was well-stocked and and organized in a way that made the shopping experience enjoyable. I was trying to find a welcoming gift for my friend’s new addition to her family and everyone was so helpful especially the manager, Ashley! You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. I found such a cute gift with her help and definitely will be coming back for any other needs.

Just passed by after work with my kids because we usually enjoy going to this specific Five Below
But I had the worst experience with the manager there she looks like she doesn’t want to be there very bad service I just got from her
And I didn’t appreciate her standing in front of my while I was paying only because I she wasn’t doing it with the rest of the customers paying
The other employee working there wish I would’ve asked his name was so sweet but she needs some customer service training

My 5 year old daughter and I are huge Bluey fans. I visited the store today and discovered a jewelry set featuring a Bluey necklace and Bluey earrings. Although it was a complete set, I sought an additional set to match my daughter's. I located other sets, but they were missing a Bluey earring. With limited sets remaining, I inquired with an employee if she could provide any assistance. She offered a minimal discount of a few cents. I intended to purchase two additional incomplete sets and the 1 complete set, along with other non-Bluey items. I told her thank but I will pass and I walked out the door
The employees are not nice at all. They do not help what so ever. Me personally I would not have these rude employees. My mom has had store for 38 years. I would never have people this rude to work for me. Nope

Absolutely terrible customer service. Is it self check out or is it not? One day you don’t have a sign that it is and then the next you don’t? Then you do have a sign that it says “not self check out” but with a small post it sign? But ignore the post it sign because it is self check out! Then make the customer feel like they’re wrong from your poor organization and customer service. Didn’t take long for me to just leave my cart and no longer shop here. This store has always been a go to for stocking stuffers or decent items at a good price but now it’s not worth my business. I’ll be heading to the store on blue diamond and hopefully they have better management/customer service.
