About Flamingo Grand Plaza
Flamingo Grand Plaza is a clean and well-kept building with a nice landscape and many businesses inside. It offers a good shopping experience with plenty of parking spaces. However, some workers feel restricted by entrance policies, as they cannot use the front entrance or sit in the lobby during breaks. Despite this, they appreciate access through their work location and the availability of restrooms downstairs.

Nice clean building and well kept landscape. Lots of businesses inside. I wish I worked there. I got a pretty cool job from an agency inside there.

I don't like how we are not allowed to enter at the front entrance to get into my work place. We also don't have a key to enter through the back gates either. We also cannot sit in the lobby area during our breaks. I am thankful though, we can enter through our work location in the back and to use the downstairs restrooms!
