“I am convinced that Marissa is an actual angel. I called Prosper & Effect in a near panic, at 6:45 EDT on a Sunday. By 10:15, my darling eloping friends had their wedding flowers in hand. The customer service provided was next level - Marissa checked the wholesalers for specific flowers! When they didn’t have my requests, I gave her complete artistic control and a tight deadline. My trust was not misplaced as her creativity and craftsmanship were stunning. My friends were delighted and I was thrilled to be able to provide them with a wedding gift from across the country. The venue was supposed to be outdoors, but it stormed an hour before & her & her team was able to save my decor. She was the sweetest and made both my hubby & I feel comfortable. Her husband played the piano during cocktail hour & everyone loved it. Overall , I had an amazing experience with Taheera. 10/10 recommend using her for all your wedding needs ❤️”

“I made an order for three arrangements from Florida to be delivered to our hotel for my daughter's birthday celebration. The owner maintained constant communication about the flowers and delivery was on time. The arrangements themselves were gorgeous and exactly as the website showed. Anyone who has ordered from Teleflora or FTD and had dubious or ugly arrangements delivered knows how amazing it is when the delivery matches what you picked out for a loved one.
I recommend this shop 1000% for quality and beauty in their craft. Any time I am in Vegas or ordering for someone, this will be my go to vendor.”

“Doesn’t look like the photograph of the one I wanted to be delivered I did notice since I got the smaller arrangement the roses were going to be replaced for peach carnations but the peach carnations look more red/orange and the photo doesn’t have yellow flowers. I wish you would have stuck to the color scheme of the arrangement I wanted. I do understand that sometimes Florist may not have all the flowers in stock of particular Arrangements. But at least stick to the color scheme helps.”

“I really liked this store because it was located close to my home. I lived in this area for a little over a year and visited this location very often. There are usually many good sales and promotions, the shelves are well stocked, and the store is generally clean and organized.
The only downside is the area outside the entrance — there are often homeless people and individuals trying to sell illegal substances nearby, which can feel uncomfortable. That said, this is not the store’s fault.
As for the store itself, I had a good experience overall and would still recommend it.”
“The service here could be a little better. But there is a young man who has helped me twice already, 1st time when we purchased flowers here was for my father's funeral. It was super busy that day as it was mother's day weekend. & this 1 young man actually helped us patiently when others seemed to busy & overwhelmed. Quality of the flowers are beautiful, they are on the pricier side but they are definitely worth it.”
