Forever 21 on Labor Day Weekend was a dream for anyone who loves a good sale! The deals were insane—I could have easily spent twice as long browsing and shopping. The only downside? I couldn’t find any staff when I needed help, which was a little frustrating. But honestly, the amazing discounts made up for it ($12 jeans!) Definitely worth the trip if you’re hunting for trendy pieces on a budget!

Store hours listed that they were open til 9pm, although the doors were closed at 8 pm. All reps were laughing while they folded clothes right in front of the door. Ive never experienced such poor disservice, not only did they close early but they also rudely laughing at us standing at the door. Would’ve took two seconds to say they closed early or hours are listed wrong online, instead they walked right by the door making eye contact laughing at us. I even called the store for clarification and they answered, if they were closed why did they answer the phone? Turns out even the manager was there. Horrible employees, and manager! I DESPISE having to complain but this was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.

Not all black people steal. The moment I walked into the store it was made very clear I was being followed- literally right next to me. My every move. No one even asked if I needed assistance.

last time i went here, i bought a "going to therapy is hot" hat in the end of may, and the employee who checked out my items was so kind. y'all need to give her a RAISE.

There are many offers but very poorly published since when you get to pay they tell you that garment has another price even if you have taken it from the wrongly published price very bad experience you waste time checking prices

I was visiting Vegas from out of town this weekend and I realized I had only packed my huge Fossil tote purse, not a smaller one, so I needed one for the trip and also a friend's wedding. We stopped at a bunch of outlet stores but Forever 21 ended up doing the trick.They had a few purse selections for $20 or less, definitely nothing fancy but I found one for $19.99 that looks fancier than it is, IMO. It's a lot lighter than the purse I brought with me so it was useful this trip.

This store is great. The fashion choices are up to date. And the customer service is awesome. I always like going here. Forever my favorite place.

Annabelle needs to get a raise it seems like she was the only one running the store and solving everyone’s problems while all the other employees sat back and did nothing. aside from doing nothing on what looked like a busy day they gave customers who had questions or needed help bad attitude. Thank you Annabelle for all your help if i ever come back to this store it would only be because of her she goes above and beyond for the customers!
