Great way to start a career at the truck driver. Good company to work for. Decent pay. Not sure about your medical. Unavailable however you can still get your own?. Opportunities for owner operators and power seat. They kept us moving through The pandemic and also paid us extra. It was awesome. Most company shut down or force you to take the vaccine. We did not. It was not ordered to do so.

If they treat their drivers and customers like that, I would never work for them. They treat outside drivers, super bad, terrible service, they ignore them for hours, worst place to unload in Las Vegas

It should not be this frustratingly difficult to have a delivery scheduled.I called Sunday evening and was advised to call Monday morning to schedule a drop off for a 2000.00 purchase that I made. I was advised it would be dropped between 12pm and 4pm, and was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to it's drop off.I am not someone who complains, and I generally take 90% of mess ups in stride but due to the large amount of money I spent on this purchase, it's processing time (4-5 weeks), and the destination it traveled from, was anxious to have it delivered.It was 3:30pm Tuesday, and I had not gotten a phone call from the company, or gotten a email so called in to inquire about it's whereabouts and was advised that there was a mechanical failure in the truck and they were calling everyone to let them know I wouldn't be getting my parcel, as it was now almost 4pm, I was livid because I had wasted the entire afternoon waiting around when I had personal errands to run on my day off, but canned to make sure I could sign for my delivery.I work in the afternoons and it appears the only drop off window in between 12pm and 4pm which does NOT work with my schedule. I was also advised I could come pick up parcel, but due to the dimensions of it would NOT be able to do so.Dispite this not working into my schedule I agreed to another drop off for Wednesday, and again, had to reschedule my plans to accommodate drop off. I was promised by the CSR I spoke with that it would be dropped off.I wake up the next morning and get two phone calls and answer them both, thinking this could be the company calling to confirm drop off.No one answers my greeting and I continue waiting. As it is now 3pm and have not heard anything regarding my parcel, am advised that they had been trying to call me "multiple times to confirm drop off so my parcel was not included on the manifest." Because the supervisor did not include my parcel's drop off.I am livid and the supervisor refuses to speak with me regarding the issue, which is infuriating, because as stated I have paid 2000.00 dollars for this item and am positive this would have had the shipping fees included.I would have been infinitely more agreeable had I been informed upfront, and if the company had tried to make it right by making sure my parcel was shipped as stated.The very kind agent I had spoke with the second time emailed me confirmation of delivery but I will still call in to ensure my shipment is included on the manifest.It is so annoying to be treated like another upset customer who didn't get their package, when it is your job and responsibility to ensure that I receive my parcel, in pristine condition, in the time it is guaranteed, especially when I am calling and scheduling delivery times with you to ensure that I get my belongings!I really hope I receive it tomorrow and I will never purchase from a retailer that uses this company in the future.
