My experience with Rashida at Francesca’s was exceptional! I shared with her my dress preferences and she patiently and joyfully provided dozens of adorable options. She also offered help and feedback as needed as I tried everything on. With Rashida’s help, I was able to find the perfect dress. It’s wonderful to cross paths with someone who is kind and happy and goes out of her way to provide great customer service.

We started at the store in Miracle Mile Shops. My daughter found a romper that she wanted but they didn't have it in her size and it wasn't available to order online. The young lady called the other three stores in Vegas and the Summerlin location had her size!! Not only did they hold it for my daughter to pick up the next day, she was shown a couple other rompers that were similar. My daughter walked out with two cute outfits!! I believe Rashida was the one who helped us in Summerlin and she was amazing! I apologize if I got the name wrong and hope someone will correct me if I am!
The older negative reviews did not reflect the great customer service that we received! Please visit and base any conclusion on your own personal experience!!

Absolutely horrible customer service and shopping experience with this Cassie sales associate. If I could give zero stars I would. We walked in and the store had no customers and the she was standing right in front of the register and looked at us and did not even say a single word or greet. But later on we heard she welcomed the second group that came in. Me and my friend were browsing for a while and she never acknowledged us or even offered to ask if we need help finding anything. Despite we were browsing in the section right next to the register. What’s funnier is we finally go up to pay and this girl didn’t even look at us or say anything and just scanned the stuff while ignoring us. Talk about having decent respect for others lol. She treated us like we’re invisible which is wild. I asked for clarification on their store promo and she rudely told me it wasn’t discounted at what I asked. Even though the store poster said otherwise, whatver because I was over it at that point. And then handed us our stuff after paying and just blankly stared at us without even saying a thank you? Like wow. It’s really not hard to be a decent person and acknowledge someone not to mention you’re supposed to be providing customer service. I’ve been a long time customer of the brand but I will not be coming back here anymore. Please improve how you provide customer service, it was a horrible shopping experience!

Disappointing customer service. We came in around 5:20 PM on Sunday and were told constantly that the store was closing at 6. The sales associate locked the doors around 5:30 while customers were still inside shopping. When we tried to unlock the door, the sales associate walked over, unlocked the door and repeated that they were closing at 6 - it was 5:40.

Reviewing based on Francesca’s as a company, not the employees at this location. Francesca’s does NOT pay their vendors and owe multiple SMALL businesses upwards of hundreds of thousands of dollars. DO NOT fulfill orders from Francesca’s and do not support this chain scam business.

low quality clothing, not worth it. Also, the girls who work here are extremely rude & give off such judgmental, condescending energy. I’ve been here multiple times looking for specific pieces with my husband. Each time I was dressed down… more casual. I dress up for events, not to shop around this tacky boutique… with their noses so stuck up in the air… they’re gonna lose long term, loyal clients. I would get rid of them. Incredibly bad for business.

Went in to make a return. The lady working said it would be "too time consuming" and made us leave the store. There were only two other people in the store and nobody else was in line.

The manager, Corina, was extremely rude with an unwelcoming tone. She questioned my date of purchase (while she had it in front of her) I said around 4 days ago or so and her response was, it’s not 4 days it’s actually 5 which wasn’t even necessary. Her demeanor was unwelcoming and the expectations for customer service was horrible. Not only was she being rude but lied and was hesitant to processing my return. She mentioned, we cannot return items that have the tags off but I had the tag available, just not attached. They must be left on. I asked if it stated that on the receipt and she said yes without engaging eye to eye contact as if she did not want to assist me. No where on the receipt stated that was a part of a policy. It was very evident she did not want to assist me.

Walked in and wasn't greeted but made eye contact with the associate. It was interesting because I had come in a week ago and the associates had been so kind. The only other patrons in the store were both not wearing masks and made a remark "oh I totally forgot my mask!" And the associate just giggled. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I used to really love coming here and buying clothes, until today. I found some items that I decided to put on hold. They said they would hold them until the next day which was okay. when I called the next day to let them know i would only be able to get it the next day after they told me they could hold it. when i showed up today to buy the items i put on hold, one of the employees told me that another employee sold them. I am very disappointed with that service and I'm not looking forward to coming here anytime soon.

Dr. Youssef is totally the opthamologist for me. She did my lasik surgery 14 years ago, which has worked out terrifically. She's always quick on the uptake of my concerns, a very fine aspect in any kind of medical clinician. Insurance prompted me to go to Pearl Vision, Lake Mead BLVD and Rainbow a few years back. They tried to give me some sort of "tri-focals". They wasted my time over 3 separate visits getting me those glasses that I just ended up returning. I otherwise haven't worn glasses since the lasik, except for occasional reading glasses recently. This is my lesson for trying to save a buck. I'm with Dr. Youssef for the duration from here out!

Purchased new glasses after exam. Had lenses replaced in sunglass frames as well. After about 5/6 weeks the new frame came Appartement. They replaced just for the lenses in both my everyday glasses as well as the sunglasses to start chipping in the frame. I was given the 21 questions, you leave them in the car? It's hot in Las Vegas! Really? I have been wearing glasses for 55 years and never had a chipped lenses. After investigating with other reputable establishments I found the lenses were to big and just rammed into frames which made them fracture. Here the best!!!! Lenses were ordered... wrong size.... lenses were recut.....wrong axis....Lenes were sent to third party lab since equipment in store was down... I walked to store to find out what is going on... more excuses. Now I'm annoyed and let them know!!what can I do for you??? My answer...you figure it out!! Last contact was Tuesday 7.23.19 with follow up Friday 7/27! Guess what... nothing!!!! Today is 7.28.19 and still no glasses!!!!! I spent $1,000 in that store!!!! Never again!!! Also, if you have dry eyes, like everyone in Las Vegas she' ll push plugs when a good moisturizing eye drop like stayne will do! Wish me luck to get my glasses back soon. Worst experience with my eyes ever!!!
