Always the cutest outfits Some of the best "apparel consultants" in town. Ask for Taylor she is at both stores. Everyone is great. . Thanks for keeping Las Vegas girls so cute!

Nice staff. Cute and unique clothing but over priced in my opinion.

Hands down my favorite brand. I order online and return in store. This store is smaller, so sizes are somewhat limited. I have purchased from the store, but not much. The 5 stars is for the wonderful ladies that work there! Olivia and Taylor have been amazing! This goes out to my girl Patina!!! Girl is always dressed in some cute FP ish (to be fair I am too! It's 60-70% of my closet, and 90% of what I wear!) she's always accommodating, kind, knows the line and that I'm wearing it, compliments me (though that's not the reason I think she's amaze, just helps lol) and is everything you'd want a brick and mortar experience to be. Everything's online, so customer service is the only thing that sets anything apart anymore. Girl ran into the mall to find me and lmk something I said I was gonna rebuy online cheaper, she could price match in the store for me!!!! Who does that?! Patina! That's who! Folks barely walk anywhere, this girl RAN!!! Like I said, everyone is always friendly, smiling and kind. Olivia and Taylor are very customer focused and people of their word too. I love this store, and naturally I'll be back. It's hard to find good people as we all know. I hope management values and rewards them. I'm a loyal FP shopper, hell they even sent me a birthday gift. With service like that, who needs to go anywhere else! Thank you Patina, you ALWAYS make my experiences amazing.

The employees here are very cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. They did not have the item I was looking for but no worries they ordered it for me online and I just received it today!Selection is good, but the company needs to supply this location with more size 24 & 25 so we can try on instead of having to wait for item to be shipped!

Went to this location for the first time today. I was already informed that is much smaller then the store in Summerlin, but it wasn't that bad. It doesn't have the activewear area like the Summerlin store does.If you park in the red parking area, then the escalators will take you right up to the store. It's near the Starbucks and Auntie Anne's Pretzels..I agree with all the other Yelp reviews that the employees at this location aren't very nice. They pretty much ignore you until they're forced to actually help you. That's nuts, but oh well. It sucks because Free People is one of my favorite brands. I absolutely love their sweaters, rompers, hair accessories, hats, beanies, jewelry, Excetera The Free People brand is sort of hippie/bohemian inspired, which is just kind of odd because that isn't my style. The prices are higher than other brands. A sweater can easily run you $168. I recently purchased one of the layered necklaces and it was $48. A large hair clip will run you $16 and a hair bow $34. Don't get me started on their hair scarves. The lace ones are over $100

My favorite store ever! Everyone is always so friendly and personable and just always go above and beyond. I have been shopping with Sonia for years, she is so sweet and wonderful. I love all the girls that work there, they all always greet me with a smile and a warm hello. If they don't have my size in store the girls are always so helpful with finding it from another store or online for me. Everything is always so clean and easy to shop. Thank you ladies for always my making my shopping so fun and easy.
