“Make sure in your Medical Power of Attorney or Will in Testament the verbiage gives you permission to manage the body after death. If your paperwork isn't specific in this area, it will delay the process. Other than that, picking up the body was very dignified and picking up the remains showed great care of our loved one. I would recommend them to others.”

“My wife passed away recently and despite a long battle with cancer, we had not made specific plans. She had only expressed her desire to be cremated and have her ashes buried in a cemetery in another state. I did not select a Mortuary until after she was gone.
