Great service from Malcolm and managed to get me Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Deluxe Edition while the other gamestops didn't have it. Don't go to the cheyenne and rainbow location because they fucked up my order. Come to the rainbow and cheyenne and Malcolm and chase will help you out.

Super rude employee, I didn't get his name but it's the black guy usually in a leather jacket. Lived next to this gamestop for years and pray he's not working eveytime I go. His blank stares and pissy attitude make the customer feel stupid, unwanted, and rushed. Ive seen him act this way towards other customers as well and based off many other reviews about him here its obviously a big problem. Horrible horrible customer service especially towards children. Please fire this guy he's done this for at least 4 years.

JASON IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE GOD!!!! I'm gonna tell you right now I called +20 game stops in California, NY, and las vegas. He is the ONLY ONE who took the time to actually help me and go above and beyond. Give this guy a raise!!! Thank you so much ?❤️

Very ghetto . Came in to browse with my son . I know Nothing about games or consoles. So I was patiently looking with my son as we both educate ourselves . After of not finding anything rated to his age . We left . Only to be RUDELY be asked by employee if we "took" any controller ?! EXCUSE ME ? He didn't even have the decency to come and ask if I needed any help while I was in the store ,, but yet have time to wrongly accuse me! So I walked back into the store (which I could've just walked away and ignored him ) but walked in to show I have nothing to hide in front of my kids . Then he proceeded to ask again ... "here ... the controller that was here ". Idk ?!!! The thing wasn't even labeled and it was embarrassing that I had other shoppers look at me like I was stealing! NEVER IN MY LIFE I felt more discriminated! My 6 year old daughter proceeded to show him how it was displayed when we walked in . Then all he had to say with frustration "okay , have a good day "!!! Like no apology!!?!??? Check your cameras or walk up to help guest before you wrongly accuse them of stealing! Disgusting costumer service !

Purchased a new XBox game, added the extended warranty. Got home, loaded the game and there was a glitch in the start-up process. No biggie, it happens (hence the extra warranty Game Stop sells). Not their fault... just a manufacturing glitch (apparently the blogs say it's a rare but well-known issue). I call Game Stop customer service and am assured that it's not an issue, just return it and they'll refund the purchase. I then download it directly from the XBox/Microsoft store, things work fine, I'm glued to my couch for three hours. Well, not so fast... I go to return the (defective) game and am told that customer service often gives incorrect instructions and the best they can do is give me a new copy of the game (that I've already purchased from the XBox store). No store credit, no exchange for a new game, they can't even give me a new copy because they're out of stock. They MIGHT be willing to accept it in trade, but since I've already told them the disk is defective, they're not interested. Employees quote policy and are totally unwilling to offer any solution beyond 'call customer service and maybe we can talk with them'. 15 minutes on hold for customer service and still waiting... Game Stop has permanently lost a customer.

Popped in the place for the first time to get some old wii games, the guy behind the counter acted like I was gonna rob them the whole time. I had to twist his arms to show me some game choices, and he couldn’t wait to close the drawer in which he keeps the games and keeps them out of my sight. It was the most awkward shopping experience of my life.This is exactly why people buying online on app now. Sad to see all physical stores close one by one but they are not doing themselves a favor by hiring people like that.

I walk in to get a replacement on a controller that I purchased a warranty for. A short lady, black hair attended me. She had no idea what she was doing, she was sending me out and telling me to do everything online. Clueless. Another guy took over and said I could help me, tall skinny black guy, long hair not reaching shoulders When I received the controller I purchased, I immediately replaced it because it came with stick drift... as you do with any faulty item. This is covered by the manufacturer or store REGARDLESS of any purchased warranty. GameStop website says this is covered. Now the guy continued to argue with me about how that replacement I did 2-3 days after buying it used up my PRP, that's not how that works. Their stupid machines don't differentiate between the 2 warranties, and we agreed that the people that had done my first exchange messed up... so what does he do? Nothing. Acknowledges that the employee of GameStop messed up, not me as a customer but didn't resolve the issue. In fact, as I try to leave, the guy continues to argue for no reason... knowing he doesn't want to do my exchange. I called my bank because that's not honoring the warranty I purchased

Went in today to pick up my copy of Remnant 2 on XBOX. I go in guy spends 10 minutes staring at computer and just says nonchalantly of yeah physical copies are delayed. It tells me they will call in the next couple weeks when they get it in. So no call no head up? And yet somehow only gamstop copies are delayed....called both bestbuy and target and both said they had it in stock?

I just want to appreciate the guy who helped me today at 6:25 pm (may 12 ) he made it possible to get a couple of amiibo that my daughter asked me to get. Thanks a lot. This guy deserves to be a manager. Great Costumer service. Good attitude I don't know his name, that's why I wrote the time I was there he is a black guy very nice ?. Give him a raise!!

Thank you to the employee tonight (nice dude in a leather jacket) that sold my son a gift card. It was his first time going into a store completely by himself. Talking to strangers is really hard for my shy kid, your kindness and help is very appreciated!
